The BJP Mumbai delegation’s visits to Yad Vashem and the Nova music festival memorial were deeply moving experiences. 🇮🇳🤝🇮🇱
At Yad Vashem, the World Holocaust Remembrance Center, the delegation paid tribute to the six million Jews murdered in the Holocaust, reaffirming the importance of preserving historical memory and confronting antisemitism.
At the Nova festival memorial, they honoured the innocent lives lost in the Hamas-led terrorist attacks of October 7, 2023. Behind every name and photograph lies a life, a family, and a future tragically cut short.
A century may pass and the perpetrators may change, but the devastating consequences of antisemitism endure. From the Holocaust to October 7, history reminds us that hatred must never be allowed to claim more innocent lives.
These visits reinforced a solemn message: the fight against hatred, antisemitism and terrorism must never cease. Honouring the victims means preserving their stories and ensuring that such atrocities are never forgotten.
May their memories be a blessing.

Israel is a country where people of many faiths practise their religion openly.
Jews, Christians, Muslims, Druze, Baháʼís and Circassians all have established communities and religious institutions.
Today, over 20,000 Hindu workers live and work in Israel! They practise their Hindu faith, celebrate festivals such as Ganesh Chaturthi and enjoy the same basic labour protections as other workers, including the statutory minimum wage.
For Hindus living and working in Israel, the ability to worship, celebrate their traditions and live with dignity is a meaningful expression of pluralism.
Ancient Indian wisdom applies to us as well:
“अतिथिदेवो भवः”
“Atithi Devo Bhava”
'Treat your guest as God.'
Israel will continue welcoming our Indian brothers 🇮🇳🇮🇱

The United Arab Emirates is moving forward with plans to establish a massive, permanent 15-story embassy in the Israeli coastal city of Herzliya, six years after normalizing diplomatic relations with Israel under the US-brokered Abraham Accords.
The building will cover up to 15,000 square meters across 15 floors, combining diplomatic offices with private residences for the Emirati ambassador and embassy personnel.
The UAE became the first Gulf country to open an embassy in Israel in July 2021, following the historic Abraham Accords signed in September 2020.
The latest approval marks another step toward a permanent Emirati diplomatic presence in Israel.
My gratitude to the Serbian police for acting with speed and neutralizing the threat even during such a busy time of change of government in Serbia.
My prayers are with my colleagues in Belgrade and I am so glad to hear that they are all safe.
When the world evolves above propaganda and truly sees who are the victims of this global terrorizing, anti-semitic agenda, maybe Israelis will start feeling safe again.
Attempted Terrorist Attack Near the Israeli Embassy in Belgrade
We confirm reports of an attempted terrorist attack near the Israeli Embassy in Belgrade.

He is a hero, and he is set to get the highest civilian honour in Israel as well!
Poetic that it was an Indian who saved a flight full of Israelis, making our bond even stronger.
Heartiest congratulations to Captain Smit Machchhar on being conferred the prestigious Order of Zayed II (First Class) by the UAE.
His extraordinary bravery in averting a mid-air tragedy stands as a resounding testament to the valour, skill and calm professionalism of Indian aviation. A true hero and an inspiration to us all!

Correct @BarakRavid & I should have stated it that way! 10 million ppl in @Israel 8m Jews, 2m Arabs. ALL are Israeli citizens-Jew, Muslim, or Christian. All vote, serve in IDF, in Knesset, & proudly have Israeli passports. Women equal to men. All have free speech.
🇮🇱🇮🇳 From the Middle East to the East, democracy connects us!
Wishing Israel a successful Election Day!
India, the world's largest democracy, and Israel, the only democracy in the Middle East, share a strong belief in diversity and equal voting rights.
Jews, Muslims, Christians and all other communities from different faiths, equal votes!
Don't let anyone tell you otherwise!
A trip to Israel's temple of democracy accompanied by a special briefing at the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs!!
The delegation of 15 youth leaders from @BJP4Mumbai paid a visit to the Knesset - the Israeli Parliament which derives its name from the ancient Jewish representative council which used to be convened in Jerusalem, signifying the historic connection of this land and the Jewish people. The young leaders were informed about the conduct of the Israeli Parliament and the preparations for the upcoming elections.
Later, they were invited to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in a visit that bolstered ties between the two nations and helped enlighten Bharat's future leaders about the close and cordial diplomatic relations between our two great nations.
These meaningful interactions contributed to greater awareness about Israel. We hope to host many such delegation visits in the future as well.

Hamas has no plans to disarm.
Hamas has rebuilt its tunnels.
Hamas has restored its pre-October 7 force of 30,000-40,000 operatives.
Hamas has threatened another October 7.
And yet the world keeps asking Israel to make concessions.
What's yours?
Israel’s National Library preserves a vast collection of books, manuscripts, historical documents and cultural treasures. Located in Jerusalem, it serves as a key centre for research and learning, documenting Israel’s history, heritage and national identity.

Indians and Israelis, wherever they go are loyal to the land they live on. A hindu and a jew in the US/EU are both american/european first, and hindu/jewish later.
Concept of ‘karmabhoomi’ and ‘pitrubhoomi’ is something Israelis and Indians both understand well :)
Honouring the victims and heroes of October 7. 🕊️
The delegation of youth leaders from the BJP @BJP4Mumbai who are on a visit to Israel had an opportunity to visit a sculpture created in remembrance of the innocent victims of the heinous October 7 terror attacks.
The "Memory Pomegranate" sculpture at Israel’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs connects art and diplomacy. Each seed represents a community attacked by the terrorists and features QR codes that share their stories of resilience with the world. 🕯️✨ #NeverForget.
The event was hosted by the Head of the department of Civic Diplomacy, Dan Oryan.

If you hate Zionism, believe Israel is the new Nazi Germany, or think Zionists secretly control the world, you need to understand where some of these ideas came from.
Let me take you back to Moscow, 1983.
On March 29, 1983, the Soviet Communist Party approved a KGB proposal to establish the Soviet Anti-Zionist Committee.
Just one year earlier, Mahmoud Abbas, today’s Palestinian Authority President, had defended his doctoral thesis in Moscow, promoting Holocaust distortion and conspiracy theories about Zionist collaboration with the Nazis.
Both emerged from the same Soviet environment of anti-Zionist propaganda.
The committee’s mission was simple: demonize Zionism, discredit Israel, and spread the Kremlin’s narrative worldwide.
But the KGB had a clever strategy.
They deliberately placed Jews at the head of the organization to deflect accusations of antisemitism.
Led by Soviet Jewish General David Dragunsky and supervised by the KGB and Communist Party’s Propaganda Department, the committee became a propaganda machine.
Here is how it worked:
1. Compare Zionists to Nazis. Pravda accused Israel of using Nazi methods and operating concentration camps.
2. Manufacture Jewish opposition to Israel. Soviet media promoted supposed letters from Jewish emigrants claiming they had been deceived by Zionist propaganda.
3. Stage international press conferences. Committee leaders accused Israel of adopting Nazi practices, while TASS and Novosti amplified their accusations worldwide.
4. Export propaganda worldwide. The Soviet Union used international media, publications, foreign language broadcasts, and propaganda networks to spread its anti-Zionist narratives across Europe, the Middle East, and beyond, turning a Kremlin campaign into a global messaging operation.
5. Give propaganda academic credibility. In 1985, the committee published a 300-page White Book portraying Zionism as a global conspiracy and Israel as an instrument of American imperialism.
Meanwhile, the same Soviet regime restricted Jewish emigration and persecuted Jews who wanted to leave for Israel.
Think about that.
More than 40 years ago, the KGB was systematically manufacturing the accusations we hear against Israel today.
Zionism equals Nazism. Israel is an apartheid regime. Zionists manipulate governments. Even Jews supposedly reject Zionism.
Today, these narratives circulate across university campuses, demonstrations, social media, and mainstream political debates.
Perhaps one of the greatest successes of Soviet propaganda is that millions of people today believe they arrived at these ideas entirely on their own.
Before repeating the next accusation about Zionism, ask yourself one question: Who taught the world to think this way?
This is a global phenomenon, everywhere in the world where anarchic forces like them exist as a threat to national security, 'Palestine' becomes their moral cover of whataboutery.
Honestly, it's getting a little boring now.
Even after wearing those huge dorky spectacles if they cannot see the growth of India, no one can help them.
I've been in Bharat for over a year and progress is all around me, 24x7. No level of persuasion can make a man see, who choses to be blind.
