He’s a beast. Might get MVP votes this year.

Cooper Pratt was a high school senior hoping to be a first-round pick in the 2023 MLB Draft. Instead, 181 players were chosen before the Milwaukee Brewers selected Pratt in the sixth round. Disappointed, Pratt considered going to college and was ready to enroll at Ole Miss. Eleven days after being drafted, he signed with the Brewers. In 2024, he was the Brewers' 10th-ranked prospect. In 2025, he was their 3rd-ranked prospect. In the 2026 Fall Classic, he hit .421 with 1 HR and 7 RBI and helped the Brewers win their first World Series championship.

As a Yankees fan, Pat Murphy has my respect. Said nothing wrong. Congrats to the Brewers well deserved first title!

Gonna be a long offseason so I think now is a good time for me to watch every Yankees dynasty playoff game this winter. 90’s till 09. Make a little flashback recap series out of it.

You may see an 81 year old man crying after waiting decades to see his favorite team win the World Series but I see a 15 year old kid living in the moment.

Juan Soto saw a horseshit team so he went and signed with an even worse team? That makes total sense.
The Yankee franchise is officially dead. Murdered by Pat Murphy as he stands on the field as a World Series Champion “Horseshit team.” This is what Juan Soto saw. He knew.

This is a good take. The Brewers have just good hitters. They can hit HR’s but they can manufacture runs in a lot of different ways too. They don’t sell out for the long ball. They have an approach, work into deep counts, and move runners over. How baseball should be played.
Replying to @yankeesondeck_
I watched the Red Sox win three World Series the past 22 years playing the game the right way. Sure those teams hit home runs but their home run hitters were also good hitters. Those teams were fundamentally sound. I hope mlb teams retreat from this uber-analytics approach to building teams as many of the teams they’re building just aren’t that great.

The new Yankee way is being positive all the time Its about masking mistakes and putting a positive spin on it Pretty much BSing everyone
That Pat Murphy interview on the FOX desk just twisted the knife in me. Talking about how he’s not going to be liked by the players all the time but it’s about setting the standard in the clubhouse and everyone buying in. Must be nice.

.@Brewers lead hitting coach Eric Theisen talks about their "drag 'em" mentality at the plate: "You can make an out and still be productive, still help the team win. You can take a piece with 'em and make it easier on the next guy."

Watching this Brewers team as a unit makes me feel like the Yankees are light years away from a championship. The at bats, approach, bullpen, and overall culture with Pat Murphy at the helm💯

Milwaukee strings three base hits in a row and they’re up 2-0. Only home runs win games my ass.
