It's official! ALS Network is proud to be a member of the new Families and Caregivers Economic Security Coalition (FACES). Family caregivers make it possible for people living with ALS to remain at home, but too many give up their own financial security to do so. Together with partners across the caregiving community, we'll be pushing for federal policies that ease that burden for ALS families and millions of caregivers nationwide. Thank you to every caregiver in our community, and to our partners for joining us in this work. Learn more: facesofcaregiving.org. #ALS #Caregiver #ALSadvocacy

As National Estate Planning Awareness Week comes to a close, it’s also a great time to look ahead and plan your year-end charitable giving. There are many tax-wise ways to support the ALS community with a gift before the new year, including gifts of cash, Qualified Charitable Distributions (QCDs) from an IRA, grants from a donor-advised fund (DAF), gifts of appreciated stock, and more. The ALS Network is a qualified tax-exempt charitable organization. Our Tax ID is 95-4163338. Consider speaking with your financial advisor or fund custodian by December 1, to explore which giving option may be most beneficial for your individual circumstances—and how your generosity can make a meaningful difference in support of the ALS community. Questions? We’re here to help. Contact us at [email protected] or (818) 616-7940. #EstatePlanningAwarenessWeek #YearEndGiving #TaxSmartGiving #PlannedGiving #ALSNetwork #Donate
