I'm excited to announce the Outliers Summit. November 5 and 6 in New York City.
A two-day gathering for founders, creators, operators, builders, and thinkers bringing unreasonably ambitious ideas to life, hosted with my friend @ankurnagpal and @AngelList.
Previously, we called this event the OOO Summit. But this year, we've evolved the brand and doubled the size of the event to reflect what we believe the future will look like.
Over the last two years, thousands of ambitious people attended our summit, and we've realized that the people showing up aren't just business owners and operators.
They are multi-hyphenates, hybrid creator-entrepreneurs, solo builders, AI-native founders, and even people running companies of one with agents doing the rest.
The word to describe this kind of person is Outlier. The type of person who chose to take the unconventional path and pave their own way.
You'll be hearing from people like @rrhoover (@ProductHunt, @WeekendFund), @shl (@gumroad), @dunn (@Bonobos, Pie), @nadyaokamoto (Pie, August), @zsims (@Codecademy), @mrsharma and @nateliason.
& many more to be announced.
This year, the Outliers Summit will be two full days:
Day 1 is How Outliers Build. Tactical sessions where you leave having built the thing yourself – an app, an agent, an audience, a brand.
Day 2 is How Outliers Think. Off-the-record conversations about the bets that separate outliers from everyone else.
Early bird pricing ends August 12th and goes up 30% after that.
If you are unreasonably ambitious, we'd love to meet you.

I can't remember how I felt about a conversation last week.
So I built dyeary. Talk for two minutes and it writes the entry, tells you what you were actually feeling, and remembers who kept coming up.
Live today on iPhone and Mac.

I run an AI healthcare company and the stats are shocking:
Studies show ChatGPT has 92% diagnosing accuracy vs doctors at 74%. On complex cases, Microsoft’s new model gets 4 out of 5 diagnoses right, doctors only a shocking 1 out of 5.
1M Americans are dying or left disabled yearly after medical errors — that’s 12x what car accidents account for.
At @AskEureka we are building the AI doctor to empower patients (interestly doctor using AI are still worse at diagnosing than the AI alone)
Super exciting times — huge shift in consumer healthcare 🚀

ChatGPT is WAY BETTER than doctors at diagnosing!
👉 ChatGPT has 92% accuracy and vastly outperforms doctors (74% accuracy) in finding the correct diagnosis.
ChatGPT WINS - the implications are crazy!
These are numbers from 2024, the models are only getting better.
Especially those with complex conditions are poorly served by the current system. Everyone should be using ChatGPT to solve their health problems.
We're working on making that smooth and easy to access, with testing and prescriptions so you can diagnose, test and treat all within the same app.

I noticed that Meta's job postings had this goofy PDF attached so I did a little searching.
Apparently, California REQUIRES job ads to say they will consider applicants with criminal history, and New York FORBIDS job ads from saying anything about criminal history.
The solution? Just tell New Yorkers to stop reading. 💀
