Hello I am available for freelance work. Some facts about me:
> I am one of vanishingly few people who is equally fluent in tech and visual culture (design/art) and has worked extensively in both industries
> I ran a startup that built consumer software based on cute digital companions long before it became a fad
> I am currently starting a lab for cross-disciplinary AI alignment research in applied contexts
> I once sold the World Wide Web for five million dollars
> I have freelanced as both a strategist and a creative director for tech startups and art organisations
> I have been and continue to be an advisor to numerous businesses building at the intersection of culture and technology
> I’m very good with AI tools
> I’m a good writer and won institutional and national awards for my BA and MA theses
> I’m an exceptionally well practiced shitposter
Thank you.
That Miami game in 2004 was a really great game and an insane night in Chapel Hill.
#UNC has never beaten a team ranked in the top three. It’ll have a chance to do so this weekend against No. 3 Notre Dame.
The Tar Heels’ only top-five win came in 2004 against then-No. 4 Miami. They’re 1-42 all-time against top-five teams.

Cool idea. I was riffing with Astra last week about something similar except you could fast forward and read an ever changing TikTok feed in a future world where your thesis would take place

I made a film.
Every chapter of technological modernity has searched for an aesthetics adequate to its time.
Time and again, the pursuit of the new and the beautiful has involved looking back to the past.
There has never been progress without nostalgia, or novelty without tradition.
The film tells this story through the history of architecture and design, from the mid-nineteenth century to present-day Silicon Valley.
