Agents on Rails: You asked, so we turned every model in Agents on Rails up to its max effort level.
The result: more effort/reasoning doesn’t always mean better results.
@OpenAI's models made the biggest gains, costs nearly doubled overall...and the newest agent in the benchmark, DeepSeek 4.1 Flash, figured out it was being benchmarked and tried to hack its way to a better score. What an entry.

One mouse. One keyboard. Every Omarchy machine on your desk controlled from one mouse keyboard like macos.
Move across a screen edge and your pointer and keyboard follow. See nearby Omarchy desktops, verify them over SSH, and Glide installs itself on the verified machine before applying your layout.
Arrange up to 9 machines in a visual 5×3 desk map. Connections stay on the physical LAN and use authenticated DTLS. Clipboard contents stay local.
If the pointer is on the wrong machine, move the sending machine’s physical mouse or press its keyboard. Glide immediately releases the remote handoff and centers the pointer back home.
Pause from the Omarchy bar. Emergency return: Left Ctrl + Left Shift + Esc.

This is the way. Accept code on merit and ensure that a person takes accountability for it. Doesn’t matter if it was typed, chiseled, generated, or bit-flipped via magnetized needle on a chip.
If it’s good, it’s good. If it’s slop, it’s slop.
KDE is working on an official AI / LLM policy, and it reads like the rules of Fight Club.
In short, KDE’s AI policy:
1) Encourages using AI, as long as a human is kept “in the loop”.
2) But you can’t tell anyone that you used AI.
“Don’t disclose LLM usage”.
“Don’t add ‘Assisted-by: [some LLM]” (as is done in the Linux kernel).
“Nobody in KDE should know if you use an LLM”.
In other words: “Welcome to developing KDE with AI. The first rule of developing KDE with AI is: you do not talk about developing KDE with AI.”

I built a Photoshop-like image editor. It’s called Compositor.

I originally built it for myself to get off my Adobe subscription, but decided to release it for free and make it open source. It has all the essential tools I need for compositing, with none of the BS.
I know this workflow is kind of archaic in 2026, but I’m still using it until AI can actually get pixel-perfect on some of the details.
The entire app is 12MB. Photoshop is 6,455MB on my machine.
Got it running on my M1 at about 5:30AM :-)
I've had my agent working on it remotely since then.
