Trump’s lawsuits against the US are for conduct that occurred 5 and 4 years ago. A jury would decide those cases if DOJ didn’t settle. He could have filed those years ago and had a jury decide, but he filed the frivolous lawsuits now so his own corrupt DOJ could settle them.

If Joe Biden federalizes the National Guard, that would be a direct attack on states' rights.
