Alexandre de Moraes ordenó cancelar todos los pasaportes brasileños del dirigente y exigió la entrega de los documentos extranjeros que pudiera poseer en un plazo de 24 horas. Sin embargo, la decisión del juez no tiene jurisdicción sobre los pasaportes emitidos por Italia, cuyo Gobierno es el único que puede decidir sobre su validez.
