This sounds about right to me, in terms of long term collecting (especially as an investment).
I think some early AI works will start to gain real value and significance soon (for better or worse). not all of them. the ones with the most water tight narratives. (come round to align draw recently here)
I think blockchain as a medium will have a resurgence once Eth starts to dominant majors. (mathcastles and all quality adjacent)
and any NFTs that have a genuine sub culture around them independent of price will age well. (gay/avant scene)
and then longer horizon once NFT hate has waned and the tech is accepted as a convienient form of provenance and sale, early net artists who have a long/respected career behind them (rozendaal/JRL/Harm VD etc) will find new serious collectors.
