then they are trained, equipped, and paid.
if you REFUSE to report for national service after you get an order, you are AWOL and have broken the law.
you will be arrested and then you will be turned over to the enlistment office.
the same thing happens in the USA and every other country in time of war. this is nothing new, and in the us army if you run you can be shot!!!!! the people that go after you in the army have guns and are authorized to use deadly force in time of war to bring you back. the AFU can not.
