Just one more day until voting ends on @DCF_io Prop #899.
One step closing to mobilizing idle ATOM into the Cosmos ecosystem.
One more day to vote on prop #899. DCF - @Agoric Cosmos Hub Proposal π³οΈ
This proposal aims to leverage the Cosmos Community Pool's idle ATOM to enhance liquidity across Cosmos & generate value for the Cosmos Hub.
Here're the key reasons why it will be a big boost for the ecosystemπ
1οΈβ£ Enhanced Liquidity π
By staking ATOM through liquid staking protocols, mint IST @inter_protocol and provide liquidity in Cosmos DeFi, the proposal aims to deepen the liquidity of all major DeFi protocols in Cosmos.
2οΈβ£ Increased Yield π
Instead of holding unstake ATOM, the community pool will be able to earn staking yields and DeFi yields.
3οΈβ£ Diversification π§
By providing liquidity to different DeFi protocols, the CP will gradually accrue the governance tokens of these DeFi protocols. This will diversify the Cosmos Hub community pool's assets and make ATOM CP the shareholders of all major Cosmos DeFi protocols.
4οΈβ£ Support for the Ecosystem:
By engaging with major liquid staking protocols & DeFi platforms, this proposal will support the growth & innovation of the Cosmos community.
