Is there anyone on here who can point me to any organisations on the Wirral who works with individuals who may have learning disabilities, substance / alcohol misuse issues, or who you would class as ‘vulnerable’ who need housing and / or support please?

We are disappointed with this news, however we are super proud of our record of tackling health inequalities across the city, in particular our work with minority groups and disadvantaged residents #healthiswealth liverpoolecho.co.uk/news/liv…

Record numbers dying on streets from drug & alcohol issues after being #knockedback from support. Addiction often caused by trauma in lives. Sleeping rough compounds trauma &makes it harder to get out of addiction & homelessness. We need health-based addiction support for all
People sleeping rough have often experienced violence, abuse & neglect throughout their lives. Our new report reveals that thousands are yet again being #KnockedBack from life-saving treatment when they need it most. This is a health crisis on our streets bit.ly/2t5LfUU
