I worked on sequences today with my drop, change, and rise. I set up with a drop and change outside and then finished strong with an rise in. Then I did drop and change inside and finished with an outside rise! @GatorsLuikart @kaLuikart33 @CoachPena_BSU @CoachLarissaA @UofL_CoachHolly @Kyle_coachK @CoachStanton @LouisvilleSB @MiamiOH_SB @MizzouSoftball @HCSBCHARGERS @BallStateSB
