Constructive discussions with the Mayor of GM, Bev Craig including the worrying rise in anti-Muslim hatred. It is vital that these concerns are addressed and translated into meaningful action to ensure equality, dignity and inclusion for all our communities.

A Muslim man in Medina once stole a suit of armour and framed an innocent Jewish man. His Muslim clansmen rallied to his defence, appealing to Prophet Muhammad to protect their own. Then came a Quranic revelation: “Whoever commits a fault or a sin and then blames it on an innocent person has certainly burdened himself with slander and manifest sin.”(Quran 4:112) The revelation condemned the Muslim wrongdoer and defended the innocent Jewish man. Think about that. For fourteen centuries, Muslims have recited verses that, according to classical accounts, were revealed in part to defend a Jewish man against a Muslim and his tribal supporters. The Quran did not ask whose tribe he belonged to. It asked who was innocent. That is what principled justice looks like. Justice is not loyalty to your religion, your nation, or your tribe. It is loyalty to what is right, even when the wrongdoer is one of your own. That is the Islam I believe in.

This is sickening. I thought Reform’s hangers-on were all about “Protecting women and girls”? My thoughts are with Ryan Dinnage’s victim.
32-year-old Ryan Dinnage, who was part of Nigel Farage’s security team, has been jailed for eight and a half years for raping a woman while she slept in a caravan. He was charged in 2025, was still protecting Nigel Farage in April and May 2026, and was convicted in June.

30 October 1974. Muhammad Ali beat George Foreman by a knockout in the 8th Round to regain the World Heavyweight Championship in the famous“Rumble in the Jungle” in Zaire. Before the fight Foreman was seen as unbeatable. It was Ali’s greatest triumph.

Sickening! The perpetrator was not an asylum seeker, or Pakistani, otherwise this would be discussed everywhere. No posts by the “defenders of the country”

Anyone defending Tommy Robinson needs to explain exactly what they think he should be allowed to get away with. A man who claims to be a great British patriot, lives in Spain and spends the majority of the year on holiday at the expense of his “donors” was sitting in a holiday resort in Cyprus while stirring up civil unrest in Britain. Journalists reported on it. That is their job. It was a legitimate national story. And because Robinson didn’t like the scrutiny, he sent private investigators after the journalists, had them tracked and photographed, exposed their home addresses and their families, and threatened to turn up at their homes, saying “I’m coming to get you”. One journalist needed personal security. Another had to remove his family from their home. If you believe that is acceptable behaviour, that a man can threaten journalists and expose their families to intimidation simply because he dislikes their reporting, then you aren’t defending free speech. You’re defending intimidation. A jury heard the evidence and convicted him. Stop pretending this was a conspiracy because you don’t like the verdict.

Well, well, well... 80% of "donations" to Nigel Farage’s party are from donors or companies based overseas. This is not normal. And the public deserves to know what these super-rich donors want back in return.

Stephen Yaxley Lennon found GUILTY A jury at Southwark Crown Court found the 43yo guilty of two counts of harassment causing fear of violence. The court had heard how TR had used "bully-boy, intimidatory tactics" to frighten reporters Andrew Young and Jacob Dirnhuber, forcing them to employ security.

He is so good at this. A once in a generation political talent, whatever else you may think of him (and I have many many agreements and many more disagreements with him).
OBAMA: Some people say Abdul didn’t like some of the things you did as president. So Abdul didn't agree with some things. You know who else doesn't agree with everything I do. Michelle Obama.
