About 5,000 holders. Downgraded.
But Ohio is still exposed. Other states are still sending drivers on non-domicile CDLs into Ohio. New York alone has 32,606 outstanding, and USDOT found over 53% of the records it sampled were issued in violation of federal law.
No state should have to honor fraudulent, illegally issued commercial driver's licenses.
Banning issuance isn't enough.
REVOKE THEIR RECIPROCITY.
BAN ALL NON-DOMICILE CDLS IN EVERY STATE

Do you have a young child in daycare? You should know that daycares in Ohio are mass hiring Uzbek women who can’t speak English to care for your children.
I’m told that the Uzbek women use air pods and cover them up with their hijabs to communicate with the other Uzbek women at the daycares in their Uzbek language.
Your children hear Uzbek more than English while you’re at work. Don’t believe me? Ask your daycare if they’ve employed any Uzbek women lately.
