1/8 Just hear me out on this….if hand someone $10,000 knowing they’re about to buy illegal guns or hire a hitman, I go to prison for aiding & abetting or conspiracy.
We all agree that’s fair.

We found a crazy place on our way to Iowa City: the world’s largest truck stop. They literally had everything in there. A library, barber, movie theater, dentist and even a chiropractor😭
We ate some dinner there before continuing our drive.

It should be illegal to dox a juror the way some news outlets are currently doxxing the Clancy holdout juror. It is wrong and will deter future potential jurors.

I condemn this hateful rhetoric on our flagship university campus in the strongest terms. I have been briefed regarding the university’s response and understand that they have removed all of this hateful, violent garbage and are conducting an investigation.
Nebraska’s public buildings and areas should never be vehicles for abusive speech, particularly when it celebrates the murder of a free-speech warrior and is designed to intimidate faithful, conservative students from expressing their views.
SCOOP: signs mocking Charlie’s ass*ssination on campus at University of Nebraska Lincoln @UNLincoln
I’m told there are lots more all over campus.
They’re also planning celebratory events.
This is VILE. Why is @UNLincoln allowing this on campus?

America is falling because we welcomed people from impoverished and dysfunctional countries, they got a better life, and then they hate us for it and want some bizarre ethnic revenge. What a tragic way to lose your home. By being kind. Something has to be done.

If you want to understand why Data Republican is such a constant target of obsessive leftist lunatics, this is a must watch.
It takes bravery to do what she does.

Why Tech Nerd DataRepublican is Such a Threat to America’s Enemies
Jennica Pounds is the data analyst known on X as DataRepublican. She is a deaf database engineer and mother who rose to prominence after accurately predicting Donald Trump’s 2024 victory through direct voting data analysis, at a time when most polls and experts were wrong. She later assisted DOGE efforts by building a website that enables text searches inside government award descriptions and maps money flows through the NGO industrial complex. Those networks involve figures like George Soros as well as groups tied to USAID and activist funding. In her book 'Unelected' she argues that the real power structure is a self-reinforcing system of “everyone and no one.” Throughout it all, she has navigated doxxing, public scrutiny, and personal cost, drawing strength from her Christian faith and using AI-enhanced tools that have given her a public voice for the first time.

Oh man… not sure how to write this.
Here it goes.
January of last year, I did something I hadn’t done… ever.
I gave Trump credit for doing something good.
I gave him credit for keeping his promises to us in Western North Carolina.
I could never have imagined the volume of hate and anger I received from doing something that was so obviously the right thing to do.
Just giving credit where credit was due.
Saying thank you.
Since that moment, I’ve learned a lot.
I’ve learned that some of my liberal friends were never friends.
They torched our friendship almost immediately… just for thanking Trump.
I learned that many liberals seem to preach tolerance, but aren’t tolerant of conservative ideas AT ALL, it’s just an act to pretend to be moral.
I learned that the greatest organizations in the world are churches… something that was genuinely UNTHINKABLE even 2 years ago.
I learned that the media just… lies.
They lie constantly and without fear of ever being caught.
I learned this lying comes from a bizarre sense of righteous morality that the lie, in the end, will achieve some good.
I learned they cannot be trusted.
I learned that I offloaded my own critical thinking to these organizations, and that many of the news “stories” I believed were true… never were.
I learned what it means to be swatted.
I learned what it’s like to have some crazed leftists send armed police to my home, with my kids in their beds, at 2AM claiming I had been sh0t and to break down the door.
I learned that the only thing in the world that can change a persons mind is kindness is action… because that’s what changed mine.
I learned that kindness is telling the truth, not lying to protect someone’s feelings.
I learned that telling the truth is the most dangerous thing you can do, and that’s why free speech matters so much.
I learned that free speech is never truly free… they will come after your entire life and try to destroy everything in it.
…but it’s worth it
It’s all been worth it.

An Omaha-based IT firm and its successor spent years flooding Nebraska with H-1B software workers. The data is public. The impact on local wages, opportunity, and the community is real.
ProKarma, Inc. filed roughly 4,040 H-1B Labor Condition Applications from FY2015 through FY2026. Nebraska was its largest state footprint - about 1,260 filings, concentrated in Douglas County. The most common job titles were Software Developers and related IT roles. Median reported wage: around $105,000. The company was classified as an H-1B-dependent employer, meaning a substantial share of its workforce consisted of H-1B visa holders.
After ProKarma was acquired, the successor entity - Concentrix CVG Customer Management Group Inc. - continued the same pattern. It has filed 884 LCAs since acquiring ProKarma, with Nebraska again its largest state concentration (244 filings, led by Douglas County). Software Developers remained the top job title. Filings under this name ramped up hard in FY2023–FY2025.
The old ProKarma websites are dead. Public listings show almost no current web presence. What remains is the paper trail of thousands of H-1B software roles directed into the Omaha area under successive corporate names.
ProKarma was co-founded and long led by Vivek Kumar. The business model combined significant India-based delivery capacity with heavy U.S. sponsorship of tech workers. This is the classic structure of firms that use the H-1B program at scale to staff software and IT roles in American markets.
What this did to Nebraska:
In a mid-sized city like Omaha, sustained high-volume H-1B sponsorship for software jobs changes the local labor market. Entry-level and mid-level openings that should have been available to University of Nebraska graduates, community-college trained developers, and young people who grew up here instead went to employer-tied foreign workers. H-1B status limits mobility. That reduced competition can hold down wages relative to what an open local market would produce.
This is not abstract. Ten years ago the tech scene and the broader community fabric in Omaha looked different. Neighborhoods, workplaces, schools, and social patterns have shifted. High concentrations of temporary foreign workers brought in under employer control accelerate those changes. When the same corporate lineage keeps filing hundreds of software H-1B petitions year after year into Douglas County, it is not neutral. It prioritizes a lower-cost, less-mobile labor supply over the kids who stayed in Nebraska and tried to build careers here.
Whether every filing was technically legal under the rules is a separate question from whether this model is good for Nebraska. A system that lets companies repeatedly import large numbers of tech workers into a market this size, while classifying themselves as H-1B dependent, undercuts local opportunity by design. That is the point.
The LCA data is public. The Nebraska concentration is public. The corporate succession from ProKarma to the Concentrix entity is public.
@TeamPillen's office, the Department of Labor, and Nebraska’s congressional delegation should examine the full record of these filings, the actual employment outcomes in Douglas County, and the cumulative effect on local tech wages and hiring. Nebraskans deserve to know how many of these positions went to U.S. workers versus H-1B holders, and whether the scale of sponsorship in our state served local workers or simply substituted for them.
The community many of us grew up in does not look the same. This is one of the reasons why.

You don't get to spend years pushing to fundamentally transform the country, divide it on racial lines, inject DEI into every institution, and then try to brush it off as a minor misunderstanding when your worldview turns out to be extremely unpopular with the American people.

This new tactic of AOC and her allies -- to giggle away their past "crazy" ideas -- should not be tolerated.
"Woke" wasn't just some harmless, zany moment. It was a sinister movement that destroyed careers and reputations for the smallest thought crimes. It needs a reckoning.
Hitler was a far-left socialist
Therefore, socialists are Hitler
Inescapable logic 😂

Democracy is a check on power. Immigration creates an override to that check, so long as immigrants are dependent on handouts from one party, and citizenship requirements for voting are effectively suspended.
It’s an attack on our consent, effectively the rāpe of the Republic.

Didn’t say boo about the abusive weaponization of the Biden DOJ against US citizens over their political beliefs—which included the unlawful use of a corporate fraud statute against 300+ J6ers
I have carefully reviewed Todd Blanche’s qualifications to be Attorney General. This includes his record and responses to questions from Senators at the Department of Justice Appropriations hearing, his confirmation hearing, and in the weeks that followed.
While I believe Mr. Blanche is a capable lawyer, the Department of Justice has become increasingly political.
Mr. Blanche has taken several actions that have further eroded the Department’s independence, and that is the basis for my vote to oppose his confirmation:
Mr. Blanche approved an order to shield the President, his sons, and the family business from IRS audits, protections unavailable to other American taxpayers.
He approved the creation of a $1.8 billion anti-weaponization fund.
He promised an anti-abortion organization that he would seek to prohibit the mailing of abortion medication to women nationwide.
Under his leadership, the Department attempted to indict Senators Mark Kelly and Elissa Slotkin over their ill-advised, but constitutionally protected, videos encouraging resistance to unlawful orders.
More than 1,200 former Department of Justice employees have opposed his nomination, arguing that he has undermined the institution.
For these reasons, I will vote against this nomination.

They've been selling us this lie for decades and it's destroying our country and culture. The truth is there will never be enough cheap foreign labor to satisfy them.
Let's remember the 1950s. America's GDP grew at 4.2% (reaching 7-8% on four occassions) while the percentage of foreign born share of the population dropped from 6.9% to 5.4% by 1960.
We only allowed 250K immigrants in every year. Now we allow 1.2 million a year and the foreign born share of the population is north of 15%.
Invasion levels of immigration for cheap labor is not the key to growth, but it is the key to ruining everything else.
Utah employers tell me time and again how difficult it's become to find enough workers to meet growing demands. Our bill allows states to sponsor visas tailored to their unique workforce needs, while ensuring rigorous federal vetting and accountability.
