People always ask me why I'm so optimistic about the West.
A few weeks ago, I told a friend I'd never been more bullish on our future. He looked at me like I'd lost my mind. So I gave him two predictions.
First: the EU, as it exists today, is going to collapse.
Second: we are going to hold a Nuremberg trial for communism. Not for people. For ideas. Because those ideas are still the ones killing us today.
Then I explained why.
There's one law I've watched play out everywhere, in startups, in family fortunes, in empires:
The more a system is full of money and empty of intelligence, the faster it decays.
Take the simplest example. The son or daughter of a billionaire who inherited the money but not the education that came with it. They become parasites on what their parents built. They don't understand what they're running. But they're surrounded by courtiers telling them they're brilliant, so they feel invincible. And they start breaking things, one confident decision at a time.
That's the West's ruling class right now. And here's the part people miss: a decadent system with no intelligence left doesn't slowly drift. It collapses. Because it can't stop making mistakes, and every mistake is bigger than the last.
Here's what that looks like in practice.
In 2024, Marc Andreessen sat down with officials from the Biden administration. By his account, they told him not to bother funding AI startups. AI would be a game for two or three giant companies, working hand in hand with the government. When he pointed out that AI is just math, they told him that during the Cold War they classified entire branches of physics, and they could do the same with the math behind AI.
Think about who they said that to. The man who wrote "Software is eating the world." The man who understood decades ago that whatever the state gets its hands on, it ruins. Nobody with a functioning brain walks into a room with Marc Andreessen and says that. Those people did. With total confidence.
And now, this week: Donald Tusk.
Police surrounding Poland's Constitutional Tribunal. Government-backed judges declaring the chief justice suspended. All of it on a Friday evening, while the elected president was on a plane to Senegal, forced to turn around and fly back to Warsaw.
When you're winning the argument, you don't send the police to the courthouse.
This is what decadence looks like up close. Endless money. Zero feedback from reality. High on their own supply. Surrounded by people who will never tell them no.
Systems like that don't reform. They break.
So yes, people find me optimistic. This is why. I'm not betting on these people fixing anything. I'm betting on what gets built after they've finished breaking it.

And now we understand the absolutely rabid obsession with destroying Pete Hegseth.
I’ve been in the Army since before 9/11. Served under many secretaries.
Only in the past 18 months have I experienced:
>politicians warning me not to follow illegal orders
>billboards outside military bases telling me to report war crimes
>the media attacking anyone who has a positive thing to say about the man, and defending anyone who hates him
>stunning volume of leaks from senior officials trying to undermine him, and the lionizing of the leakers by the press
>being called a war criminal myself, hundreds of times a day
>a sustained media narrative portraying virtually every firing or senior officer removal as a “purge”
>public efforts by retired officers, advocacy groups, and political figures to mobilize service members and military communities against administration policies
>influential “Americans” publicly cheering for Iran
This is just to name a few. I’ve NEVER experienced anything like this before. And it’s becoming abundantly clear that the concerted effort to divide the military from within was stunted when Hegseth took over. Anyone desiring color revolution needs control of the military. That’s color revolution 101.
Is it starting to make sense yet? Now you see the obsession over him in particular. It’s not a coincidence. And it damn sure isn’t because of his culture war.
It’s because by all objective metrics, he runs a military that snatches rogue leaders from their beds, destroys entire militaries, and successfully mobilizes assets to save one downed pilot in the middle of enemy territory by building an Air Force base… in the middle of enemy territory. Secures the border, dominates the hemisphere. Hunts drug cartels. The list goes on.
He is by all meaningful accounts, effective at wielding the machine. And that is why they drool at the thought of removing him.
In years past you’d be hard pressed to find a junior Soldier who knew the name of the cabinet secretary above them.
Every one of them knows Pete Hegseth.
Every one.

🚨 POLAND'S PRESIDENT WENT IN HIMSELF!
After midnight in Warsaw, President Karol Nawrocki walked up to the Constitutional Tribunal with the head of Poland's Supreme Court.
The judges installed by Tusk's side stood in the DOORWAY to block him.
On the video you can hear Nawrocki saying, "Please step aside, excuse me, ma'am."
He got in.
His office says they laid hands on the head of state. A Tusk ally says Nawrocki attacked the judges.
The elected president had to push his way into his own country's top court.

When 9/11 happened, Pete Hegseth joined up to go fight overseas while this guy went to school. High school then college.
Two military aged males. One answers the call for his country. One stayed in academia learning to hate it.
So tell us, Abdul: who really “rode the pine”? Because from my vantage point, it sure seems like you.
El-Sayed went on this bizarre rant against Pete Hegseth -- claiming that Hegseth "rode the pine" in "whatever sport he played" in high school.
He invoked Hegseth's mother (moms are fair game now, huh?), and claimed she was "the type" who would have worn her son's jersey to games.
*Hegseth was an all-state point guard in high school in Minnesota, set various school records. He played college ball and got some floor time in the 2001 NCAA tournament. El-Sayed played club lacrosse at Michigan.*
Here's El-Sayed's animosity-filled diatribe against Hegseth:
"You know he would have rode the pine. He probably got to start 2 games his entire career, playing whatever sport it was."
"His parents came and cheered so hard for him."
"Bro, I feel bad for you. Somebody told you you're a lot better than you really are."
"There's something about being a brown kid whose parents...no matter what you do you're never enough."
"For him, the very fact that he made the team: his mom was making cake, she was wearing his jersey, she had a cap made for him. You know the type."

🚨 To every globalist: 👇
You've already lost.
Not in one election, not in one day. But the arc has turned, and you can feel it.
You lost the monopoly on the narrative. For decades you decided what could be said, who was respectable, what counted as truth. Then the people got a microphone. Now every press release is fact-checked in real time by millions who don't need your permission to think.
You lost the trust of the people. They watched you lecture them about sobriety from private jets. They watched you call every disagreement "disinformation." They watched you work around the votes you didn't like. Trust that is broken doesn't come back with a campaign.
You lost the smartest people in the room. The real intellectual elite, builders like Elon Musk, thinkers like Peter Thiel, reformers like Javier Milei, saw the game clearly and walked out of it. They took a generation with them.
The peoples of the West will not quietly accept their own erasure. They have something you never understood: they love what they inherited, and they intend to hand it to their children.
Everything done in the dark eventually comes into the light. Every decision, every email, every backroom deal. And where laws were broken, the people who broke them will answer for it in court, like anyone else. That is what the rule of law actually means.
So here is some free advice. If I were one of you, I'd stop doubling down. Admit the system got captured from the inside. Tell the truth while it still counts as courage and not as a confession.
The game is over. You just haven't been told yet.

Globalism explained to an 8-year-old.
🚨 If you're Western, read this. Understand it. Then explain it to everyone around you. 🚨
Imagine a game. In the original version there were two teams: the bosses and the workers. The rule was simple. The bosses are bad, the workers are good, and the game only ends when the bosses lose everything and a central authority runs it all. That game was called communism.
It was played everywhere, and it failed everywhere. Workers got richer under capitalism, not poorer. The Soviet Union collapsed. Game over, right?
No. The players didn't change the game. They changed the teams.
Today we call it globalism: the belief that the answer to every problem is more centralized, supranational, unaccountable control, decided by people you never voted for. Same game, new coat of paint. And the coat changes depending on the audience.
The climate coat. The new villain is the factory, growth, the guy who drives a car or takes a plane. The solution is always the same: less freedom, more control, fewer people deciding for themselves. Notice that the answer is never nuclear or innovation. It's always restriction. Degrowth is collectivism painted green.
The gender and sexuality coat. A movement that once asked to be left alone, and won, got captured by a theory that says the family, biology and the very idea of a norm are oppressive structures to dismantle. Gay people are not the problem. Most just want to live their lives. The problem is a theory that uses them as a battering ram against the family.
The woke coat. The same grid applied to everything. Every relationship becomes oppressor versus oppressed. Merit becomes oppression. Speech becomes violence. Your history becomes a crime.
The minorities coat. Every group gets assigned a role in the play, and that's where the contradiction becomes absurd. The same activists who champion LGBT rights ally with political Islam, which would criminalize those same people. Why? Because the ideology doesn't need coherence. It only needs an "oppressed" category to aim at the West. And Muslims who came here to live freely are not the enemy. They are often the first victims of Islamists.
Same game. Same grid. A different coat every decade.
So the real question isn't your skin color, your religion or who you love. It's this: do you think in that grid or not? Do you see the world as a war between oppressors and oppressed, to be settled by tearing down what works?
And here many people fall into the dumbest trap there is: antisemitism. They go looking for a hidden group pulling the strings. It's garbage. It's false. And it's exactly the move that discredits everyone fighting this ideology. There is no secret cabal. There is an idea. And ideas are beaten with better ideas.
We are at a turning point. The West built the freest, richest and most tolerant societies in human history: rule of law, free speech, the scientific method, the dignity of the individual. That is what this grid wants to dismantle, and it only works as long as nobody names it.
So name it. Share this. Explain it to your kids, your parents, your friends.
A Marxist in the mind is still a Marxist, whatever color the coat.
The West is worth defending.

What just happened in Poland is something every Western citizen should look at squarely. Because it's the trailer for what's coming to the rest of us.
Friday night in Warsaw, the president of the Constitutional Tribunal and his vice-president were "suspended" for a month. The announcement appeared on the Tribunal's own website, which the Tribunal's leadership says was unlawfully taken over. Right after, riot police deployed around the country's highest court and entered the building. The President of the Republic, Karol Nawrocki, was mid-flight to Senegal. He turned the plane around.
Read that again, slowly. In a European Union member state, in 2026, police walk into the constitutional court and the head of state has to rush home.
This is not an accident. It's the endpoint of a method. December 2023: barely in office, the Tusk government cuts the signal of the public news channel and puts public television into liquidation. Then it stops publishing the Constitutional Tribunal's rulings in the official gazette. When the Tribunal suspends one of its reforms, a ministry calmly replies that the court has "no legal basis" to operate. The justice minister moves to strip the court president's immunity. And when none of that is enough, they send in the uniforms.
The official story is "we are restoring the rule of law." It's always the official story. Nobody has ever dismantled a democracy while announcing they were dismantling a democracy.
Now zoom out. Why now?
Because the globalist project is losing its grip. They lost the media war: people get their information elsewhere, compare, verify, and no longer trust the official line. They lost the trust of the people. And the countries that are bouncing back, the ones finding their energy, their birth rates, their pride again, are precisely the ones that understood that the Brussels machine, as it runs today, is not the cure but the disease. Poles elected Nawrocki against the system's candidate. The message was clear.
When a system loses trust, it has two options: reform or harden. They chose. All-in.
Think of an organ transplant. The body rejects the organ. The surgeon doesn't conclude the organ is incompatible. He raises the immunosuppressants. Then raises them again. Until the body can no longer defend itself at all. That's the mechanism now in motion: platform regulation in the name of fighting "disinformation," Chat Control that keeps coming back to the table, the digital euro, a presidential election annulled in Romania in 2024, and now police inside a constitutional court.
And this is where history should chill us. No totalitarian regime of the 20th century began with people who thought they were evil. They all began with elites convinced they were right against their own people, and ready to suspend the rules "temporarily" to save the people from themselves. We know how that ended. Millions dead. I'm not saying it's tomorrow. I'm saying it's the slope, and you don't climb back up a slope once you've started sliding.
And don't think this stops at the Vistula. The tools are European, which means they're already in France, in Germany, everywhere. What's being tested in Warsaw is the answer to one simple question: how far can you go against an institution that gets in your way before anyone pushes back? If the answer is "very far," France in 2027 has been warned. And every Western democracy should be taking notes.
So they have to be stopped now. Not with violence. With what still works as long as we use it: the vote, free speech, refusing to self-censor, and demanding that our judges, our media, and our elections stay independent from ALL powers, including the ones claiming to protect us. This is the moment it's decided. Once the hard phase begins, it's already too late.
Watch Poland. And open your eyes.

As a black man who was a liberal way back when, I’ve discovered two things:
Conservatives will hate your opinion. It really won’t go beyond that. If you’re black, your race won’t be much of a factor for them.
Liberals will hate your opinion, you, your family, and will try to ruin you if they can. If you’re black, racism will be allowed against you. Black liberals will give the nod to white liberals, who will then unleash every racist tirade they’ve been saving up until this moment. It’s like a limp-twisted purge for them.
I’m not wrong.
