LGE2026, Day 2 Special Vote Day is only for those who took the time and effort to register. It doesn't happen automatically.
You still needed to do the thumbwork.

Small correction. "Total collapse" was one analyst's warning about what happens if nothing changes, quoted by Bloomberg. It is not an engineer's finding.
What is true is bad enough: weeks without water in parts of the west and centre, and half the supply lost.
