He could depose whoever he wanted to. Sounds like he doesn’t trust his evidence. Hopefully it’s an experienced judge.
My nemesis. Good god. We have trial coming up and a pretrial today. I don’t have to give the names of my impeachment witnesses or say if my client is testifying. The whine to the court was unreal. “I can’t be prepared if I don’t know what the witness will say.”

Except that he really didn’t have to re-recruit his team, due to the timing of Bruce’s departure. Just an observation.

“You’ve got to remember, we spent the first month after I got the job (last year) just re-recruiting our entire team and trying to retain everybody… I’m just in a much better place after a full summer and a full offseason under my belt.” auburnobserver.com/p/auburn-…

The dark side is easier, faster, but not more powerful. Turn around, run, while you still have a soul.
Walking around the University of Alabama campus at the moment. And some of these fraternity/sorority houses next to the stadium look absolutely insane. I can’t believe students actually live in places like this. They look like literal palaces.

On this new episode of The Sage Steele Show, Bruce Pearl opens up about his NCAA investigation, losing an $11 million contract, going through a divorce, and facing one of the lowest points of his life. But what came next became the foundation for one of the greatest comebacks of his career. This is a conversation about failure, accountability, and what it really takes to rebuild. @coachbrucepearl

Literally everything I heard and read for 15-20 years, up until last year: "Auburn absolutely has to switch to Nike in order to be competitive!!!!!!!!!!!" Literally everything I've heard from people on here in the last 48 hours since I tweeted a picture of the seams coming unsewn in my Nike hoodie: "Yeah--Auburn made a huge mistake signing with Nike! They suck!!!!!!!" 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️

Serious question: Was Auburn firing Gus Malzahn the worst coaching decision in recent SEC football history?

What crime was she charged with ?
🇺🇸 In the United States, some police officers cordoned off a street and a Black woman started insulting them, but the police, FED UP with putting up with the shrew, yanked her, slammed her to the ground, and dragged her all the way to the patrol car. Do you back the officers' actions?

I wish you believed in GET LOUD and loved it.
.@RhettHobart please direct this to the correct person can we leave the down/distance/time/score on the screens during the game? we don't need "get loud" to take up the entire screen, end to end

This, a hundred times. When they took out the North end scoreboard, they heard comments about keeping yard line/down/distance on the new screen, and made promises that they seem to have forgotten.

The U.S. came back from a 3 point deficit going into the final day to win the Presidents Cup - the largest comeback win in its history. Captain Brandt Snedeker on his superstar rookie after the team clinched the cup: “I cannot get over what Jackson Koivun did today. I put him in a really tough spot out there and we thought he could handle it. And sure enough he did. He went out there and looked like the stud we know he’s gonna be… he’s special, he’s different.”

Miss State was the home team, and wore white on the field ?
Hey guys, is there something that makes you happier than watching the team you love win a football game? No? Because I’m crying.
