Florida's 2023 Legislative Session includes 3 pairs of alcohol-related bills making it easier for small restaurants to get liquor licenses, eliminating the restriction on wine container sizes, and allowing taprooms to sell beer without brand registration. loom.ly/LRTmgvM
This! Kate Bernot at GBH really sums up our ABT visit and the bureaucratic nightmare that led up us here
.@AardwolfBar alleges that three armed agents arrived with a pre-filled notice of noncompliance, which "would indicate the agents planned to cite Aardwolf based on circumstances they hadn’t yet observed."

Videos like that of Ducky’s from Tampa this weekend really shows how the @FloridaDBPR would rather send their troops to harass closed breweries than do their damn job @GovRonDeSantis @HalseyBeshears SAD - but Ducky’s is considered a restaurant now 💁🏻♂️
If the rates keep going up, restaurants are next according to @HalseyBeshears we will know this Thursday. But I’m going to call @GovRonDeSantis hand bc shutting down restaurants is too politically damning. @FloridaDBPR is a joke and breweries are a scapegoat
Did @GovRonDeSantis really just point out Miami’s increasing positivity rate as proof bars aren’t to blame. But then say he will still keep us closed regardless?!?! @HalseyBeshears @FloridaDBPR
Looking forward to serving on the Florida Brewers Guild Board and having the opportunity to actively give back to our industry! facebook.com/preben.olsen.90…
