Thank you @VCU EP for the most enriching 2 years of my academic life. Having Dr @KennethEllenbo1 as a mentor is like a dream come true. Thank you to my wife @mugdha1287 who spent last 2 years home by herself and my amazing partner in crime @vivakmaster who made this journey fun
First case in Northeast with Tactiflex DUO and what a great case it turned out - epicardial LV summit pvc mapped earliest with EP star epicardially , successfully ablated endocardial with stacked PFA despite being barely on time endocardial.
@EPeeps_Bot @AbbottCardio
Impressive results with Affera for sinus node modification for inappropriate sinus tach. Dramatic improvement in patient symptoms at 1 month follow up
@epepps1 What do you think is the diagnosis : Brugada ,ARVC, or overlap?
46yo recurrent VT and VF, spontaneous type 2 Brugada with classic type 1 on procainamide challenge. SCN5A +. Epicardial mapping revealed extensive RV epicardial scar with no inducible VT. @VirtuaHRS
As we get rid of summit PVCs, patient’s starts throwing PACs ( or so I thought ). Put in a CS catheter - PVCs!!! Would be a perfect LBBAP morphology. Mapped it right on the anterior fascicle in a patient with L anterior fascicular block at baseline !
@EPwithTB @AudreyFerraro25
What do you think ? Incidental finding on ICE imaging during posteromedial pap muscle PVC ablation for 60yo healthy female. No history of Afib . Doesn’t appear to be typical myxoma either. CMR pending.

Big day for our Electrophysiology program as we perform our first Epicardial VT ablation using CO2 , making epicardial access much safer for our patients.

Excellent rendering software by Abbott helping visualize the farawave catheter, significantly reducing fluoroscopy requirement for PFA using farapulse.
Also note, the spline / petal deformity when it falls in the vein due to higher impedance.

Great case of VT in 3D. Patient with apical aneurysm and prior VT ablation 5 years ago. With recurrent VT. Induced inferiorly directed VT with LBBB morphology. Mapped entrance and isthmus during VT , exit likely epicardial in apical aneurysm.
@DrRoderickTung @KennethEllenbo1
@Dr_Markman @EPeeps_Bot have you seen such discrepancy between VT morphology and isthmus site. Sorry. Couldn’t entrain. Broke with catheter contact.
@Dr_Markman @DrRoderickTung have you seen such discrepancy between isthmus location and Vt morphology.
Beautiful maps of LA anterior wall flutter in a patient with prior anterior mitral line using the new Biosense Webster Optrell 36. The smaller Optrell certainly felt easier to move in the atrium as compared to the bigger version without compromising on the signal fidelity.

First cases with commercially released QDOT catheter in South Jersey - Philadelphia region at Virtua Health,NJ. Excellent signal fidelity with first pass isolation in both cases.

Great case where entire VT cycle length could be seen on a single grid pole. Non ischemic substrate. Another example where ILAM map perfectly matched VT isthmus site ( @DrRoderickTung style!)

Another day with Optrell high fidelity signals.
First case: atriotomy related figure it 8 in the right atrium.
Second case : CTI flutter
