What a heartbreaking week it has been. Sir Patrick Stewart was a friend, a colleague, and a magnificent actor. From the stage to the bridge of the Enterprise, he brought intelligence, grace, and a deep sense of humanity to everything he did. Captain Picard stood for the best of us, and so did the man who played him. I was filled with affection and admiration for him and his work.
My heart goes out to Sunny and his family. He will be deeply missed.

Today I am making this heartbreaking announcement with tears in my eyes and a pain I can no longer hide 💔😭 Hunger is consuming me and my siblings and I have reached the end of my strength. I feel ashamed to speak about hunger and beg for a bite of food but I have no choice anymore. After my family was martyred and I was injured I became the only support my siblings have but today I can barely provide our most basic needs. I am taking my medication without food and my injured body can no longer bear this suffering. Please hear my voice before my strength runs out completely. I am not asking for luxury. Situation for Maha is so bad right now and there’s no support at all.
Landlord is evicting them, and they have to leave by Saturday, while also paying the $300 rent that was due for October, and the wicked landlord even slapped her little daughter Habiba on the face.
Maha hasn’t been able to get treatment on her hand. The entire family is malnourished.
There’s no help for them at all. I don’t have any money that I can send her.

I often wonder what a Black-majority, in number and in culture, major wrestling promotion would look like. Would definitely be an interesting opportunity to see Black wrestlers with a wider variety of characters and gimmicks we haven't historically seen otherwise imo
