Hi! That looks like the Acrobat Gmail add-on or a browser extension showing a Convert to PDF button. You can disable it from Gmail add-ons in the right side panel or by removing the Acrobat extension in your browser. DM us if you want step help

Sorry you’re seeing that lag. Try updating your GPU drivers, enable Mercury Playback Engine GPU renderer in Preferences, clear or auto-manage Media Cache, and lower playback resolution. If it keeps happening, DM us with system details so we can help!
