EBONYI STATE: SECURITY, CORRUPTION, NATIONAL UNITY AND THE DIGNITY OF EVERY NIGERIAN
My grassroots sensitisation tour brought me to Ebonyi, the Salt State, today, 29th October 2026, following yesterday’s visit to Akwanga, Nasarawa State, as our nationwide Town Hall Series continues.
In Ebonyi, I made a stop at Nkalagu and Ezillo to greet and acknowledge our supporters and briefly visited the market in Ezillo, where I interacted with our hardworking women who trade and bring farm produce to market.
In Abakaliki, I joined our party supporters on a road walk to the venue of our town hall meeting.
At the town hall, participants raised concerns about insecurity, particularly kidnapping and banditry; corruption; government borrowing; and the deteriorating condition of our hospitals, schools, and other essential amenities.
The most touching contribution came from a participant representing persons living with disabilities, who spoke about the challenges they face and the apparent lack of adequate support from government and society.
I assured the participants that, upon election, our foremost priorities will be to unite the country, decisively tackle insecurity and confront corruption, while pulling our people out of poverty.
To our brothers and sisters living with disabilities, I reiterated that the compassion of a nation is measured by how it treats its most vulnerable citizens. We will work with state governments to ensure their inclusion, proper care and dignity.
We will also invest massively in education and healthcare, including at least one fully functional primary healthcare centre in every political ward across Nigeria, while working to reduce the cost of living and expand opportunities for all.
I sincerely thank the participants, our party members, the organisers and the good people of Ebonyi State for their warm reception, enthusiasm and active participation.

“Many Nigerians don’t realise how difficult life has become at home until they travel abroad. Outside Nigeria, you begin to see how systems can work, basic services can make life easier, and people can enjoy a better quality of life. Nigeria should vote wisely and vote out APC”

Which TV do you think this will happen to once we kick APC out of power?
Serbians stormed a TV studio and confronted its editor-in-chief after a student-led protest movement swept into power during national elections.
A regional public broadcaster also apologised for years of one-sided reporting, raising hopes for a new era in the country’s media.

Those that shouted that anyone other than INEC who announce results will be found guilty of committing treason (which is a lie) are awfully quiet now.
Deliberately falsifying national voters register is a treasonable offence. It’s an intentional act to subvert the legitimacy thrust by the people.
@inecnigeria must respond to this egregious activity and allow thorough public scrutiny.

We have just secured release of Rilwan Olawale, who has been detained by the SSS October 25, 2026, at the behest of INEC’s Resident Electoral Commissioner (REC) in Lagos, Professor Ayobami Salami. #FreeRilwanOlawaleNow
What is happening in the Labour Party lately? Una don hear from Abure, Apapa & Arabambi?
APC don use them finish, come abandon them, abi?
Never allow anybody to buy your conscience at the expense of the people.
Loneliness go dey kpai them now.
When Tinubu leaves office, most of you supporting evil will be thrown into the trash bin and forgotten.
By then, it will be too late to realise that you don't put your own destiny on hold because of an old man whose own time is running out.

In one Esan Central ward, registered voters rose from 4,900 in 2023 to 15,304 in 2026, and Unit 001 went from 397 to 4,783.
We ask @inecnigeria to explain how these registrations were verified.

So you people are saying if we put more money in the hands of a corrupt government, they'll get fed up of stealing and just start using the remaining funds to make the nation great?????

INEC should hold itself accountable. The National Assembly should hold INEC accountable. But what happens when those expected to demand answers may benefit from the very anomaly being questioned?🤔
We cannot give up on the integrity of our elections. Not now. Not ever.

In 2024, Governor Okpebholo's polling unit had 397 voters on the register. In 2026, it has 4,783.
That's 4,386 new voters, a 1,105% increase.
A Guinness World Record?
@inecnigeria, please explain. 👀
