Thanks for coming out to The Neurodiversity Panel and for all of your great questions at @MCMComicCon! Think our one takeaway is that we could all do with a bit of balance so we don’t burnout

A bit of a shame what ADHD awareness and the projection what the lived experience has turned into. It’s a reason why many adults and children who are truly struggling are being left behind, misinformation, glamorisation and downplaying of ADHD has set the community back

When I started sharing my lived ADHD experience 6+years ago there was a group of us online wanting more awareness in the news, trying to understand our ADHD better and sharing useful information with one another to try to manage our ADHD better that’s all changed

As someone who was recently diagnosed at this big age, I will be purchasing this book. I need a guide because I swear it’s been silently ruining my life but now I’m gonna be alright. Thank you for sharing
