To me, the way to introduce agility into an org is to systematically remove the obstacles to agility. You don't force an "agile transformation" onto people. Instead, you stop doing the things that prevent agility, and the "transformation" takes care of itself. 1/1

Never forget that when Seoul, Korea removed the Cheonggyecheon expressway in 2003 & replaced it with a restored stream & 1000 acre park in the city’s centre, not only did it transform the city’s public life & economic success, but the traffic got better. The traffic got BETTER.

Words matter. "Resources" is a word best reserved for tools, supplies, physical assets. Remove it from your vocabulary if you're talking about human beings to avoid thinking about people as replaceable parts. They're not. If you *mean* people, *say* people!
