🐶yiwan is quite calm and laid back since he (이완) relaxation and hwaran... she does have quite a temper... that's why she's (화란) 화 (hwa) means anger
🐶i think i brought this up when i first spoke with director.
🦊(donggu don know)
🐶you hadn't heard about that? i see. i thought you already looked into it as well...
🐶after reading through the script i remember thinking, there's a certain feeling to these characters.. for hwaran, she's someone who, out of practical necessity, doing work that has nothing to do with her dreams. even so, she continues to make an effort not to give up on those dreams. so when it comes to facing reality, i get the feeling that she's a strong willed person who has this determination within her to overcome it no matter what.
🐶i think she's a very spirited person. and those qualities shine even more when she's together with yiwan, because their chemistry brings out those aspects of her even more. so i think once we established that overall tone, those qualities were already expressed quite well through the dialogue.
🐶while working on this project, rather than making changes to the dialogue or altering the situations, we simply tried to portray everything as it was, as faithfully as possible. i think that's how the characters came to life

Lee Seyoung has attempted a perfect acting transformation in 'The Remarried Empress'.
According to FlixPatrol, a global OTT ranking site, on the 5th, "The Remarried Empress," released on the 3rd, ranked first in the Disney+ TV Show category in 12 countries worldwide, including Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Belgium, and Switzerland, and recorded 7th place in the overall global rankings. Additionally, it took first place in the Disney+ "Korea's Top 10 Today" category.
Lee Seyoung, playing the role of Rashta, captivated viewers with her irresistible charm. Rashta caught the eye of Emperor Sovieshu of the Eastern Empire and entered the imperial palace. Rashta, who went from a runaway slave to the Emperor's concubine, wore a happy face as she savored the daily life she had previously been deprived of, bringing a smile to the faces of those watching.
However, she soon revealed her wicked side by making brazen remarks and acting despicably in front of Empress Navier, and by lying that she was friends with Prince Heinry of the Western Kingdom, exchanging secret letters, thereby provoking the anger of everyone.
Lee Seyoung’s passionate performance shone particularly brightly in the scene where Rasta appears infinitely vulnerable to Sovieshu, while concealing her malice against Navier under the guise of innocence. Through her versatile facial expressions, Lee Seyoung portrayed Rashta’s volatile emotions, drawing viewers deeper into the story.
Furthermore, not only does she boast visuals with an astonishing synchronicity with the character, looking as if she stepped right out of the webtoon, but she also created a multi-dimensional character by intricately weaving the narrative of Rashta the epitome of "pure evil" by adapting her acting style according to the situation the character faces.
As Lee Seyoung receives rave reviews for showcasing a never seen before side in 'The Remarried Empress', anticipation is high for what further performances she will deliver.

Di scene ini Navier senyumnya lega bgt diajak ball dance sama Heinrey, segala penat dia selama Rashta hadir lepas gitu aja kalau ada HR dan dia kek gada beban meskipun Sovi mantau dia dari jauh, malah kek mau flex see i'm happy meski suamiku punya selir, best bgt acting nya 😭
