Meta is heading to trial over allegations it designed Facebook and Instagram to keep young users hooked while misleading the public about risks to children. Attorneys general from 4 states are arguing this case — brought by a coalition of 29 states, with the remaining states expected to face separate trials in the future. WATCH: Chaos erupts on the final night of the Wisconsin State Fair as groups of teens and young adults are caught on video punching and kicking people during a massive brawl. Police say the trouble began with a group trying to enter the fairgrounds without permission, while officers confronted others attempting to break in. Seven people were arrested and one police officer was struck. Officials say no one suffered serious injuries.
