Coach Shawn Alberding

Hey friends with athletes in your house! Check this out! Ash and his team have finally launched PurePlate — Athlete Nutrition on the Apple App Store. It’s a game-changer for fueling our young athletes (and ourselves too 😉). If you’re like me—we’ve poured money, time, and effort into helping our kids shine and reach their max potential on the field or court—but been kind of winging nutrition based on articles and experience —this app cuts the guesswork. Just answer a few questions about your athlete’s goals, workouts, and any medical conditions(type anything—no presets!), and it builds a custom nutrition plan focused on building muscle, boosting energy, recovering better, and hitting those specific goals. Developed with input from pro athletes, D1 players, coaches, and sports nutritionists, it’s real-world practical and steps-in where the club coach, private coach, and school coaches are absent and gives you a personal nutritionist. How does it work? Its simple! Snap a photo of each meal, and AI instantly scores it out of 100 on how well it supports getting your athlete to his goals—plus tells you what worked, what didn’t, and easy tweaks (like swapping an egg bite for Greek yogurt to bump protein). It’s just smart, goal-driven guidance. PurePlate is free to download and super affordable to subscribe. Find it on the App Store: PurePlate — Athlete Nutrition apps.apple.com/us/app/purepl… Believe me, we have had a lot of experience around high school and college athletes - this is something truly special! 💪🍽️🏈⚽🏐🏃 #AthleteNutrition #SportsParents #FuelYourAthlete #PurePlateApp
