This is actually far easier than mass colonising Mars so I don’t see why that would be an issue even if you want to make it one.

Young bodies require gravity to provide the cues to growth. Without it, there'll be bone deformity, organ deformity, inner-ear deformity, etc.
An advanced-civilisation solution would be to have Martian children spending most time in boarding schools on big orbital space stations that provide centrifugal gravity at 1G... but that's obviously a long way off.
The sad fact is that settlement of this solar system can't ever be a comfortable copy of the life we have on Earth. To do THAT, we'll need to learn to go much Faster Than Light, and find worlds much like our own.
