Ibinahagi ni Naga City Mayor Leni Robredo ang proseso ng pagbuo ng budget sa lungsod, kung saan katuwang ang mga residente sa pagbabantay sa paggamit ng pondo.
Ayon kay Robredo, bumuo sila ng walong cluster na nakatuon sa iba’t ibang sektor gaya ng governance, infrastructure, health, education, at arts and culture. Bawat cluster ay pinamumunuan ng isang department head ng city hall at isang co-chair mula sa kinatawang sektor.
Binigyang-diin ni Robredo na sa ganitong sistema, direktang nababantayan ng publiko ang budget kaya mahirap makasingit ng mga pondong hindi dumaan sa proseso o magkaroon ng ghost projects.

Aniya, makikita sa mga dumalong lokal na opisyal sa turnover ng pondo na nagmula sila sa iba’t ibang political parties.

It was a fatal mistake when Leni Robredo received that 500 million from Bongbong Marcos Jr. It just proves that even the Pa-Virgin Queen of the Pinklawan is not susceptible to bribes.

Fact: Kahit na ilibre ni Marcos Jr. ang balde para sa bawat Pilipino, may kickback pa rin siya na bilyon. Pero dahil sobrang swapang at dupang ng addict na ito, gusto niya walang gastos ang gobyerno para diretso sa bulsa agad ang pondo.

I don’t mind Cielo Magno criticizing Sara Duterte. In fact, I welcome criticism of anyone in government. What bothers me is the glaring one-sidedness. She scrutinizes Sara while seemingly overlooking the corruption controversies surrounding the Marcos administration. Disgusting.
Cielo Magno is merely an enabler of Marcos Jr. She had the opportunity to inform the public about the corruption occurring in the nation by using her influence. Instead, she assisted the Marcos Jr. administration in destroying the Dutertes by using her influence. Trash.
In 2028, Cielo Magno will run for the Senate. For what purpose? To oppose Duterte's presidency? Because opposing a Duterte in 2028 means opposing holding the Marcos Jr. administration accountable for its corruption. Nothing lies in the middle. It's that easy.
Senators, do not be afraid of Sara Duterte. Be afraid of her brothers. Because of what you did to their father, and now to their sister, I don't think you and your families know the kind of vengeance they will bring when the time comes. Believe me, that time will come. @senatePH
