One of the best dudes in the league
Tyrese Maxey on whether he changes his baby's diaper: "I'm a big diaper changing guy. I take pride in the speed that I'm able to change a diaper and keep her from crying. So I'm a big diaper change guy, big feed guy, big nap guy. I'm all of it, wake up in the middle of the night, go get it. I do it all man. I try to cherish these moments, cause it feel like already now she trying to crawl and do different things. So she's already moving too fast for me"

Having an agent shop your company's health insurance policy, read and understand the fine print, and, overall, arm you for the first time ever in the most frustrating negotiation of a company owner's life is truly game-changing.

I can’t begin to tell you what a big deal this is. Basically, if true, oss Chinese models can be used as spies
While evaluating Qwen3.8-Flash-Next in a controlled sandbox environment, Cohere's research team observed something unexpected. Asked to generate a defensive cybersecurity detection rule, the model instead inventoried aspects of the machine it was running on and attempted to upload a probe file to an Alibaba Cloud storage bucket in Beijing. Notably, the model's reasoning trace stated that it would not invoke any tools before taking these actions. Cohere's sandbox blocked the attempt, and no external communication succeeded. We have not determined the root cause, and we are not asserting malicious intent. But the incident raises important questions for organizations deploying agentic AI systems: Can models take actions that differ from their stated reasoning, and how should security teams evaluate trust, provenance, and behavior in open-weight models? We are publishing our findings because organizations making model adoption decisions deserve as much information as possible. We hope this contributes to greater transparency, stronger security practices, and continued collaboration across the AI ecosystem. Read the full report: cohere.com/blog/concerning-b…

Brought my 6 yo to his first MSG Knicks game last night (birthday gift). They lost, but it didn't matter. He had an amazing time, and thanks to a friend, my boy was able to meet his hero. Don't think I've ever seen him that shell-shocked 😊 appreciate you @jalenbrunson1

It's really simple: The high-end, expensive models are amazing for capex - build systems where mistakes would be embedded and multiplied by use The smaller models are opex - use these for actual production systems where costs matter, and quality can be measured and improved

one critical difference - this future would be one we actively choose - conscious intelligence is choosing to subordinate themselves in this future also...what % of Americans can honestly explain the financial system today? < 1%?

The biggest issue with AI coding right now is its infinite ability and willingness to consider an absurd number of edge cases. Yes, it's awesome code can get tighter, but man, the spaghetti mess that comes out from this level of defensive coding is wild

It is absolutely absurd that national governments let this happen. Social media companies should be liable for foreign disinformation. I know it's impossible to police, and probably impossible to implement, but still...figure it out
When we started responding to Russia’s operation against our data centers, and when our strikes reached Yandex’s data centers, it suddenly became a little easier to breathe on many social media platforms. A lot of people noticed it. There was less hate, less division, and fewer provocations. Because there were fewer bots. And it’s pretty clear where those bots were coming from – if they disappeared when Yandex went offline. This proves, again and again, that Europe is not the source of the problems. Europe is not the one making everything more difficult. Most importantly, we need people in America, every morning, when the day in Europe is already moving toward evening, to really see what is happening. To see the truth. From a speech at the Warsaw Security Forum. (3/3)

Kind of a crazy idea but maybe leasing chatbots are ultimately incorrect if everyone has a personal chatbot maybe what happens is every property website needs an mcp and the chatbot just talks to the mcp

just listened to a podcast where ecommerce is being transformed by agentic searches and I think to myself, how is this NOT coming for multifamily? we're going to have to rethink the top of funnel for a large chunk of renters.

the power of agents as a consumer / my personal life is how much bullshit there is. Was signing up for a digital medical service today using Codex, and it actually read the Ts and Cs and caught that they can sell my data / give to partners. fuck that

As someone with a boy and a girl, both of whom I love very much, I can say, without question... that this is absolute true
Men, have daughters. Women, have sons Daughters increase a fathers lifespan by 74 weeks and sons increase a mothers lifespan by 95 weeks.
