I’m sad tonight. I’ve worked all year to drive home the reality that DEI is destructive, deadly and divisive but despite all the progress we've made, many good hearted Americans are suffering the consequences tonight because Democrats chose DEI over safety and fire preparation. I know people give me a lot of kudos for how I’ve dismantled many DEI elements this year in corporate America but I wish I had done even more. Eliminating DEI is critical to preventing more damage and death. How many people need to die and how many buildings need to burn for them to stop this insanity, defund DEI and DO THEIR JOB of keeping citizens safe? Instead they’ll likely spend the next year demanding that taxpayers across the entire country pay for their failures because California’s broke. They’ll probably even try to double down on their failures and then try to lecture us on climate change as if it was responsible for this instead of the fact that THEY DIDN’T EVEN HAVE WATER IN THE FIRE HYDRANTS, they didn’t clear brush and they ran good firefighters out of town because they wouldn’t get the COVID vax. I’m a very even keeled person but I’m angry about this. This level of damage was preventable and people died because of incompetent, narcissistic, power hungry Democrat politicians. Blood and the loss of precious, irreplaceable family memories are on their hands.
