Cover-up drawings are the hidden puzzle of tattooing: every dark patch and frilly edge has a job hiding the old piece underneath. Pigtails and a tutu over a butterfly is such a fun way to solve it. Lovely Halloween design.

I regret to inform you that more ointment doesn't heal a fresh tattoo faster. A thin layer a few times a day is plenty; too much traps moisture and can bubble the scabs. What aftercare rule did your artist swear by?
