The report claims that after exiting the elevator, Richard Reap allegedly told Kaiser to “show some f’n respect” before threatening to call ICE on Bazarte and referring to her as a “b—h.” Kaiser reportedly stepped out of the elevator afterward, leading to a brief scuffle between the two men, though no punches were allegedly thrown. This differs from the original police report, which claimed Reap had been punched multiple times. Another discrepancy noted in the report is that Reap allegedly described Kaiser’s partner as white in his police statement, while Raj Giri reports Kaiser was with Bazarte, who is Mexican.
