Stas @kulm1nski is in at Devcon 2026! Don't hesitate to say Hi when you'll see him!
An audit report describes your code the day it froze. AuditHub, developed by the @Veridise team, keeps Vanguard, OrCa, ZK Vanguard and Picus running in your CI as it changes. @kulm1nski VP of Business Development, is at Devcon 8 to walk you through it. Mumbai, Nov 3 to 6.

In-house security is not a headcount line, it is a response time. External audits answer in weeks. Code ships daily. The gap between those two numbers is where incidents live.
After the week we’ve just had, DeFi and blockchain protocols need internal security more than ever This was just a preview. We are going to see a lot more vulnerabilities and incidents in the coming months Time to build your in-house security expertise

An AI agent’s guardian hits suspend. One block later, the agent is back. That was a live path in an earlier ERC-8468 draft. The agent named a second key it controlled, with the right to resume. Agent safety fails the same way access control does. Audit who else holds the key. ethereum-magicians.org/t/erc…

207 security incidents in six months, a record and more than double the same period last year. The main thing that changed is the price of finding a bug.

NGL, I'm impressed that we haven't had widely reported PDF viewer hacks. Used to be, that you need to be paranoid on any PDF you open

Synack's latest data shows mean time to remediate fell from 63 days to 38, a 47% improvement. Over the same period, AI-assisted attackers reached the point of weaponizing new CVEs within hours.

An hour per bug. That was the cost of tracing why a ZK circuit failed its proof, by hand. @ShankaraPailoo2: an AI pass named the cause in seconds. Developers confirmed every one.

A future quantum computer cracks one Zcash refund address. Every payment that account ever received links together. Zakura’s fix: a separate viewing key for each NEAR Intents swap. One leaked address exposes one swap. coindesk.com/tech/2026/10/19…

15% of crypto security incidents in H1 2026 accounted for 76% of the money stolen. Those were compromised keys and signing infrastructure. Smart contract exploits made up most of the incidents and only a small share of the losses.

You rewrote a ZK circuit to cut constraints. Does it still compute exactly what the original did? Tests check the inputs you thought of. LLEQ hands the question to an SMT solver, which reasons over all of them. @RaghavMalik15 shows how to run it.

Replying to @aztecnetwork
@aztecnetwork published a full post-quantum roadmap targeting 2030. The sequencing stands out. Hardened libraries for private data land in early 2027, ahead of any proof system replacement. Harvest-now-decrypt-later exposure gets addressed first. thedefiant.io/news/blockchai…

Cyber is having a moment Across 21 major software companies, including Apple, AWS, Microsoft, and Google: - Reported critical vulnerabilities never cleared 100 per month in four years - Since spring they've jumped to over 600 per month

If your AI scanner came back clean last week, what did that actually tell you? We wrote about the gap between a clean scan and a proof, and what the H1 2026 loss data says about where security budgets should go.
