The atrocities committed by Andrew Luster can never be forgotten. Tell the women he drugged, violated, and filmed that his conduct was NOT violent. This is not justice. Women beware a predator with incredible resources is on the loose.

@GavinNewsom & his appointed parole board let this monster out of prison EARLY.
Andrew Luster was CONVICTED of 86 FELONY COUNTS of RAPE & DRUG related crimes. He was drugging women and RAPING them.
Prop 57 re classified the crime of rape as a NON VIOLENT CRIME. Are you following me…RAPISTS are considered NON VIOLENT for the purpose of giving them early release.
VOTERS were deceived. Prop 57 was passed by the voters with the intent to give early release eligibility to non violent low level offenders. Instead Newsom & his parole board changed the label of VIOLENT to NON VIOLENT of rapists, pedophiles, child abusers.
Are you ANGRY? If not YOU are part of the problem.

An incredibly brave, and articulate young woman. A warrior. For anyone who honors diversity, THIS.
In a world that destroys children with Down syndrome, listen to this brave girl:
“You can try to kill off everyone with Down syndrome by using abortion, but you won’t be any closer to a perfect society. You will just be closer to a cruel, heartless one."

Cannabis and violence , it’s not as advertised.
63 studies. Same answer.
People who use marijuana had 2x the odds of committing violence, and nearly 4x the odds of violence that ended in a criminal conviction.
"Mellow" was always a marketing line, not a finding.

Parents - Read and share, and tell your children. Schizophrenia is a life sentence. This is not the first study to make these findings. Today’s cannabis is high strength, by design, it’s highly addictive and it is going to ruin a big part of an entire generation of our youth. Be informed.
Very important. A long-term study of schizophrenia in Denmark suggested that 30% of the cases could be avoided of young men under 30 did not use pot. momsstrong.org/dr-carsten-hj…

“An 11-month-old child lost her life because she was allegedly exposed to a lethal amount of this synthetic drug,” District Attorney Erik Nasarenko said. “We have a duty as prosecutors to hold her parents responsible for this completely avoidable and tragic death.”

We’re gonna have to make some new laws to bring accountability for the horrible violence caused by supercharged cannabis.

Kratom & Cannabis = Big $ addiction businesses. Natural or not addiction is a ☠️end.
.@IngrahamAngle on kratom after two Ole Miss students died: "This has got to be banned."
Dr. Drew Pinsky: It has "the same addictive potential as Vicodin." And today's high-THC weed? "Equally, perhaps more dangerous."

It’s time-again- to share this, someone you know needs to know. Share widely. It’s beyond fentanyl laced pills. China now imports Orphines and Nitazines -more potent & more lethal.

🚨 CALIFORNIA’S ILLEGAL MARIJUANA MARKET: A WARNING WORTH READING
A new City Journal investigation reports on large-scale illegal marijuana cultivation in California’s Siskiyou County. Local officials describe thousands of illegal grows, violence, water theft, suspected trafficking, and banned or toxic pesticides found at cultivation sites.
The article reports that Sheriff Jeremiah LaRue estimates roughly 60% of growers encountered in the Shasta Vista area are Chinese nationals and says authorities have identified connections in some cases to Chinese criminal organizations.
The investigation also reports that the expansion of illegal cultivation accelerated around the period California legalized recreational marijuana. Some of the article’s broader claims—including allegations about Chinese Communist Party involvement or intentional poisoning—are theories or allegations from people interviewed in the story, not established findings.
Legalization did not make California’s illegal marijuana market disappear. This investigation raises important questions about organized crime, environmental contamination, consumer safety, and the challenges communities face when illegal cultivation exists alongside a legal commercial market.

Devin's brave and loving parents were surrounded in court today by many other parents who have lost loved ones to #fentanyl. These parents are warriors. We must get fentnayl off the streets and help those who are addicted to overcome this poison. #fentanylkills #Justicematters
Replying to @VenturaCountyDA
During today’s sentencing hearing, Devin’s mother, father, aunt, and a close friend provided emotional and powerful victim impact statements, describing Devin’s life, the devastating loss suffered from his death, and the lasting impact it has had on those who knew and loved him.
“When my child Devin died, my life did not simply change. The life I knew ended as well. There is a version of me who existed before and now a version of the person I have had to become,” Devin’s mother, Kristi Kastler, told the court. “Charity knew her drugs were dirty. She didn’t just sell Devin drugs, she sold him something that would ultimately take away his future.”
Proud to have lead our fentanyl fatal overdose team to this landmark conviction. Devin didn't have to die. #FentanylKills
District Attorney Erik Nasarenko announced today that Charity Faith Wiley (DOB 09/21/85), of Reseda, was sentenced to 15 years to life in state prison for the second-degree murder of Devin Kastler, who died after overdosing on a deadly mixture of fentanyl and xylazine. Wiley previously pled guilty on July 6, 2026, to second-degree murder and five additional felonies related to her drug possession, sales activity, gun possession, and money laundering. She also admitted several special allegations and aggravating factors, including that the manner in which the crimes were carried out indicated planning, sophistication, or professionalism.
“After more than 30 years as a prosecutor, I have rarely encountered someone as organized and sophisticated as Wiley, coupled with such a disregard for human life,” Senior Deputy District Attorney Audry Nafziger said. “She was warned that the drugs were killing people and agreed not to sell to Devin. She did it anyway.”
