A Cessna 680 Citation Sovereign jet, N96HE, suffered a runway excursion after landing on runway 28 at Statesville Regional Airport (SVH), North Carolina, USA. There were two persons on board.

An Aerodiana Cessna 208B Grand Caravan (OB-2001-P) crashed near Pueblo Viejo, Peru, during a sightseeing flight over the Nazca lines. The eleven passengers and two pilots perished. The flight had departed Pisco Airport (PIO) at 12:10 local time. Reportedly, the flight crew declared an emergency at 13:00. The aircraft crashed about 12 km from the Nazca Lines site. This is the 7th worst accident involving a Cessna 208

A Tecnam P2010 TDI, D-EYJK,crashed into a house on approach to runway 26 at Ganderkesee Airfield, Germany. One person died; rescue services are looking for a possible second occupant.

A Pipistrel Alpha Electro (OH-U682) crashed onto the terrain of a motor racing track in Hyvinkää, Finland. One of the two occupants died in the accident.

A dropped cellphone jammed a Canadian EC-120 helicopter's right pedal, making it nearly impossible to land. After three attempts and with fuel running low, the pilot used a pile of logs to stop the spin. The helicopter was destroyed, but all 3 occupants survived unharmed.

A Ted Smith Aerostar 601P, N800AA, crashed shortly afte takeoff from Saranac Lake-Adirondack Airport, New York, USA, killing all three occupants.

A Flamingo Air Cessna 402C Utiliner III, C6-FLX, crashed when approaching runway 12 at San Andros Airport (SAQ/MYAN), Bahamas. The aircraft crashed into a wooded area, killing all ten on board.

K2 Airways flight KTA1732, a Boeing 737-400 cargo plane (AP-BOI) is reported missing 155 nm off Karachi. The aircraft was en route from Sharjah to Karachi and had reported navigation problems according to initial reports.

A Cirrus SR22T, SP-GOS, crashed while on final approach to Babice Airport (EPBC) in Warsaw, Poland. Both persons on board were killed.
