What the hell is going on here?
Footage allegedly shows a Greater Manchester Police officer striking a man in the face with handcuffs.
This is now the second incident I've seen this week involving handcuffs being used to strike someone.
Another officer appears to have his full body weight on the man, who, to me, looks reasonably under control.
It's unclear when this footage was filmed or what led up to the incident.
If anyone has further details, please share them.

The man who threatened to cut my throat, Madda Hussein, wasn't held after being found guilty and didn't turn up for sentencing yesterday.
There's now a warrant out for his arrest.
SERIOUS UPDATE REGARDING DANNY TOMMO - Very concerning news from my dad has just come to light.
His case for the incident where he went into the Dover Immigration Facility was due to be heard in Kent Magistrates tomorrow, this has now been moved to Westminster, less than 24 hours before the court hearing with one of the highest profile magistrate judges in the land overseeing the case.
This causes a major safety risk for my father as he has been told he will not be returning to Winchester but will be held in Belmarsh
My dad and my family have had numerous threats to life many of these are from people in that area of the country or people connected to Belmarsh prison itself and this unjustified legal manoeuvre has major implications and potential life threatening repercussions.
I will update you as this situation progresses

Thinking of starting my own religion.
It's a work in progress but I've got some basic tenets down.
- You can't eaten chickens

Update, I spoke to the young mum who's story I shared ๐๐ป
Delivery driver, presumably an immigrant (from the picture) who spoke broken English, became aggressive, pushed his way into her home, sexually assaulted her and pushed her to the floor (Her kids present in the address) he tried to lock the door from the inside before all the commotion, presumably her screaming made him think better of it and make off.....
Police took an hour to come, did a poor job and she ends up bumping into the guy a couple of weeks later in a local supermarket and running off.
He's been nicked (attempt r@pe) and bailed (with conditions).........shes petrified at home.
She's got 3 kids, ones disabled, she used the delivery service for convenience but regrets it now obviously. ๐
How much more of this is going on we here nothing about? How many more of these dangers we know nothing about are peddling about?

Out-of-work tree surgeon Dean Bailey attended an appointment at Newcastle Job Centre. His meeting was with an Asian woman. He stated that he didnโt want to be seen by a โnon-British person.โ
His comments were deemed racist & magistrates fined Bailey ยฃ120 & ordered him to pay ยฃ80 compensation to his โvictim,โ ยฃ600 in costs, a ยฃ114 surcharge for his racist comments to an Asian employee at the Job Centre.
Iโm sure an Asian person could request to see another Asian person. They get translators, all paid for by the taxpayer as well.
