Not the same dump wallets as UNI/PEPE/ENA.
Delegation is still live. Incoming funds to Binance 14 stay stealable.

Here is what the chain shows about the Binance hack so far.
1/ The attacker had about 140 EIP-7702 authorizations signed by Binance 14, with consecutive nonces. They submitted all of them in one tx at 1.5 hrs earlier today. You only get a stack of pre-signed auths like that if the key or the signing system is compromised.

2/ They tested the setup on other addresses throughout Oct 29. They deployed an unverified sweep contract with their own address hardcoded as the controller. One call empties any list of tokens from the wallet.

3/ A second hot wallet was hit. Binance 16 sent 28,005 ETH straight to the attacker in a normal transfer with no 7702 involved. So the attacker could sign for at least two Binance hot wallets. Binance 14 via 7702 and Binance 16 via direct signing

4/ 195,460 ETH (about $443M) has sat untouched at 0x8532FA14 since 00:38. None of it has gone to a DEX, bridge or mixer yet. The 1.18B USDT and 823M USDC on the attacker's main address look frozen. The delegation on Binance 14 is still active.

5/ Binance attacker has started dumping on DEXs.
The main wallet 0x5227 split tokens out to three fresh wallets:
0x42CD… is selling 7M $UNI across Uniswap V2/V3/V4 pools. It already holds ~7,500 ETH.
0x600d… is selling 7.77T $PEPE into the PEPE/WETH pool, five sells in 8 minutes.
0x7f9D… holds 29,934 wBETH + 217.5M ENA and hasn't moved them yet.
The 195k ETH at 0x8532 hasn't moved. The USDT/USDC still frozen.
