UK: 3rd December 2025, a scumbag called Vickrum Digwa (Indian) stabbed student Henry Nowak in the street in Southampton. Hampshire police officers arrived at the scene at 23:37 pm and Vickrum Digwa informed them that Nowak had racially abused him. Henry Nowak, lying on the ground dying, told the police that he had been stabbed and was having difficulty breathing. At 23:38, Nowak is handcuffed. An officer is heard saying (from their body cam footage) that Nowak is under arrest and read him his rights. Yes you read that right. Although lying on the ground and bleeding out, the police chose to believe the murderer and handcuffed Henry. This is Deputy Chief Constable Robert France of Hampshire Police talking about the Henry Nowak incident. In it, he actually defends the police officers under his command by saying, unbelievably, that -> "after only 3 minutes they realised the seriousness of the situation and removed his handcuffs and started CPR" ONLY 3 MINUTES! At this point, Henry had no chance. Deputy Chief Constable Robert France continues "Henry's stab wound was difficult to spot and his bleeding was largely internal". The officers have not been formally named. Whoever they are they should face criminal charges. Robert France should be sacked for poor leadership and his police pension removed. Chief constable Alexis Boon, who was too chicken to make a statement himself and threw Robert France into the spotlight should also be sacked for poor leadership and his police pension removed.
