I read avengers comics from #1 through like #200 and In my opinion EMH as an adaptation and as a work of art surpasses the comics and it's genuinly amazing However most die hard avengers comic fans tend to dislike the show, so it's hard to know what the general consensus is

Coldest take ever. If you read the comics and aren't a larper or a casual, you'd how mid/ass the DCAU is.

Turning “to me, my x-men” into a catchphrase has been one of the more embarrassing decisions for the x-franchise I’m sorry

A big reason for this is BTAS, took a lot of Batman villains who would have otherwise remained a bit superficial and made them gold

I love Spider-Man but it's still clearly Batman. You can go deep into his list and go to the 14th to 20th spot and you'll still have villains like Mad Hatter, Hugo Strange, Black Mask, Man-Bat, Deadshot, Zsasz and Hush. That's how deep his rogues gallery is

Plot details on Ben Affleck's cancelled ‘BATMAN’ film have been revealed: • Deathstroke would be the main villain, dismantling Batman's life after thinking he killed his son • Deathstroke would have killed Gordon & taken Alfred hostage • Batgirl appeared, almost getting killed with Batman in one sequence • The film's finale had a major showdown between Batman & Deathstroke inspired by a CGI fight sequence from ‘Batman: Arkham Asylum’ (Source: ew.com/joe-manganiello-ben-a…)

Alright, something more positive for today No matter the decline of Ben's character throughout the franchise, i do love that, for the most part, Ben and Gwen finally getting along in Alien Force remained consistent. That boy admires and trusts his cousin, no matter what #ben10

I mean if you only take Marvel and DC into account, in very general terms, this is true But wester comics are so much more than that

the main difference between manga and american comics is that manga is about the story, whereas american comics are about the IP
