Happy Birthday to my guy @81TimBrown who turns 60 today! To celebrate it’s a great time to relive his back to back punt returns against Michigan State in 1987 and in my opinion the moment he won the Heisman! ☘️

With ND Nation continuing to pray for Coach Lou Holtz and his family, it’s a great time to flashback to the 2009 Japan Bowl (at the Tokyo Dome) where Coach Lou Holtz came back to coach his former players in one last game.
Lou Holtz led 57 of his former players to a 19-3 victory over the Japanese National Team. MVP of the game went to former RB Jay Vickers. Included in this video is two locker room speeches by Coach Holtz

Carson Palmer was asked by a reporter today about USC not scheduling Notre Dame in the future:
“I’m upset with my alumni. Notre Dame is a game you play every year if you’re serious about being elite. You don’t run from tradition or competition and forget about a top 5 rivalry”

Not sure there was a better scout team QB to prepare for Navy than Matt Krueger. This is a much more important role than most realize. #GoIrish

Yeah, I hate Notre Dame but if it’s something that gives you the 3 points takedown in HS/College Wrestling, then it’s unequivocally holding in football.

He’s now the No. 2 tight end in the class of 2022 nationally. – at Iowa City, IA
