Why does every #bitmap district look different?
Each square is one transaction, sized 1 to 9 by how much bitcoin it moved. Every size up is 10× more.
The 10,000 BTC pizza payment is a size 7 square.

@rarity_garden and the team at @TracNetwork are letting holders link their Bitmaps inside Digital Matter World so they can earn 15% of the minting fee (in $TAP) whenever anyone creates eligible digital matter from the blocks those Bitmaps represent. It doesn’t matter who mints it or when next week or years later the linked Bitmap holder still gets the cut.
Bitmaps have mostly been treated as digital land claims. This turns them into something that can keep generating if activity happens on those blocks.
Details on how the linking works are still coming, but the core idea is that something people already own can start earning without needing to do anything else after the initial link.
