How often have we seen the MOAB Q over the last few weeks? Well, here we are. ⬇️

Or, they understand and are simply playing for the other team.
The prevalent trait among these critics is narcissism.
Narcissists cannot stand brilliance that is not their own, or beyond their comprehension.

The origin of Cabbage Patch Dolls, you ask?
Well, some believe it alludes to the Orphan Trains (from roughly 1854–1929), when upwards of 250K kids from the eastern US were shipped west to parts unknown. Or, in other words, a massive child trafficking operation.
And to that point, the program was funded by private donations from (.....wait for it) wealthy supporters, b/c, of course, it was.
However, the term "orphan" wasn't exactly accurate. It was an intentional marketing-type misnomer deployed for obvious reasons.
See, in addition to transacting in hordes of infants, which is questionable enough, the undertaking also focused on rounding up and spirited away street children, abandoned children, and children from poor immigrant families who surrendered them.
What if the strange images of babies being harvested from cabbage patches were connected to a much bigger chapter of forgotten history?
Late-1800s postcards showed babies growing in fields, hatching from eggs... being collected and distributed.
At the same time, hundreds of thousands of children were being transported across America on orphan trains, while massive orphanages housed many others.
Were these simply strange illustrations and separate responses to poverty? Or do they point to a much bigger story about population loss and rebuilding?
Where did everybody go, and where did the new people come from?

• It was an “open discussion in the White House” that if a company hired Susie’s daughter, that client was “getting a high priority.”
• “she had almost zero in revenue before the Trump administration” and then “shot up to 30ish million dollars a year in revenue” once her daughter was there.
• “If you’re a special interest and you want to get something done, the secret’s out. You pay Susie’s daughter…” (and it was openly discussed when the firm had a client).
