Ahhhhh yes. Some say its a rite of passage. Others say its mean. All I know is that it happened to me several times as a kid and I turned out pretty well. I had uncles that enjoyed their Genesee Beer and scaring the 💩 out of us. I will admit though, this is a bit much to a few of them. 👻🤣

What a heartbreaking week for the Star Trek family. ❤️
Just three days after losing Walter Koenig, the beloved Pavel Chekov from the original Star Trek, we're saying goodbye to another legendary member of the Enterprise family.
Sir Patrick Stewart, who gave us Captain Jean-Luc Picard on Star Trek: The Next Generation, has died at 86.
For millions of us, he wasn't simply the captain of the Enterprise. He was the voice of wisdom, dignity, and humanity on the bridge.
And what a remarkable career he had. Long before he commanded a starship, Stewart spent years performing Shakespeare with the Royal Shakespeare Company. Later, he introduced himself to another generation as Professor Charles Xavier in the X-Men films.
But there was something special about Picard. He didn't need to raise his voice to command a room. He could make a speech about doing the right thing feel as thrilling as any space battle.
Two different eras of Star Trek. Two actors who helped make the Enterprise feel like home.
Thank you, Walter. Thank you, Patrick.
You gave us so much more than television. ❤️

It was Christmas Eve in 1933 in Willoughby, Ohio, a small city just off Lake Erie. It would have been a blustery night to be wandering the streets, but a young woman in bright blue—her dress, coat, scarf, hat, and purse all blue—was out walking when she was struck by a New York Central passenger train. She had nothing in her purse but ninety cents and a ticket to Corry, Pennsylvania.
"The Girl in Blue," as she came to be known, had arrived in Willoughby as mysteriously as she left. She had been staying for a couple of days at a local boarding house but revealed almost nothing about herself. Reports at the time say that she spoke to a couple of people while out walking that December night, then she seemed to simply step in front of the speeding train.
The townspeople embarked on a search for the name of the woman, but no one was able to identify her or locate any next of kin. A resident donated a burial plot in the Village Cemetery and she was laid to rest. A collection was taken up for a plain headstone, which was inscribed:
In memory of the Girl in Blue / Killed by Train / December 24, 1933 / Unknown but not forgotten
The Girl in Blue was Josephine (she went by “Sophie”) Klimczak. It was a combination of a news story and renewed interest in the mystery, coupled with some digging into tax and property records in Warren County, PA (that ticket to Corry was key) that sealed a pretty strong case.
Although the official death record still only cites her as the Girl in Blue, her identity has been unanimously embraced in town, a kind of rebirth in her demise. In 2002 a local monument retailer donated a footstone, to finally give her a name.

Over 56% of college students have a favorable view of Socialism.
98% of College professors in the Humanities are Leftist.
👉 If both of these numbers don’t change, our nation is in long term trouble few can imagine.

Here are Democrats trying to get votes in Georgia using a black female artist shaking her bum bum. Now compare this to Nicki Minaj’s graceful and classy appearance. @NICKIMINAJ with President Trump. A world of difference.
While I think entertainers have little sway over voters, you have to notice the huge contrast here.
Nicki Minaj comes out in support of Mike Rogers and John James at a Michigan rally with Trump behaving like a lady.
A stark difference from the rump shaking Megan thee Stallion, who appeared at a Kamala Harris presidential rally in 2024

Halloween, 1982. 🎃
Back when Mom made you pose for a picture before you could go get your candy! 😂
But wait... ONE THING in this picture doesn't belong in 1982.
Can you spot it? 👀

Governor Pritzker, you want to blame President Trump for rising gas prices, but what about the taxes Illinois families are paying every time they fill their tanks? @GovPritzker, when will you address that burden?
Under your administration, Illinois doubled its state gasoline tax in 2019, and it has continued to climb. Every trip to the gas station takes another bite out of household budgets that are already stretched thin.
Families living on fixed incomes are especially feeling the squeeze. Between property taxes, groceries, utilities, and gasoline, we're struggling just to make ends meet. Every dollar matters, Governor!
You talk about Americans suffering, but Illinois families are suffering right here under your administration. Instead of constantly pointing fingers at Washington, why not address the tax burden your own state government places on hardworking families?
Accountability starts at home, Governor Pritzker! 🇺🇸

Back on October 29, 1983, a record that had been on the charts for more than ten years did something no other album had ever done. Pink Floyd's The Dark Side of the Moon reached its 491st week on the Billboard album chart, passing the record previously held by Johnny Mathis.
The album had been released in March of 1973, and tucked among its ten tracks was a song called “Time.” Roger Waters came up with the idea when he was 29 years old, after realizing he'd spent much of his life waiting for something to happen. He thought there would come a point when everything would finally begin, until it dawned on him that life had been happening all along.
When the band went into the studio to record the song, engineer Alan Parsons already had something that would give it a rather unusual beginning. He'd recorded a collection of clocks and alarms for a demonstration of quadraphonic sound, using a different clock for each recording. The band put those sounds together, and the result was that incredible opening where all the clocks suddenly start ringing before the music begins.
The Dark Side of the Moon would eventually spend more than 900 weeks on the Billboard 200, but tonight we're going back to one of the songs that helped make that album such a lasting part of rock history.
🎶 Here's Pink Floyd with “Time.” Turn it up and enjoy your evening. 🎶

🚨🇸🇾 IRAN'S MILITIA NETWORK FACES JUSTICE IN SYRIA!
LIFE IMPRISONMENT. NO AMNESTY.
October 28, 2026: A Syrian court sentenced **Abdul Jabbar Ghazi Arziq**, linked to the IRGC-connected Liwa al-Quds militia, also known as the Jerusalem Brigades, to life imprisonment.
The court found him guilty of joining an armed group involved in fomenting civil war, sectarian violence and the seizure of cities. The offenses were classified as war crimes and crimes against humanity.
THE STRATEGIC SIGNIFICANCE:
For years, Iran cultivated armed networks to reinforce Assad's rule and extend Tehran's influence across Syria.
Now, Syria's transitional justice system is pursuing accountability for abuses committed under the former regime.
This is more than one conviction. It signals a potential shift from protecting Assad-era militias to prosecuting their members.
Assad's government has fallen. The legal reckoning is continuing.
DECODE CONFLICT | REGIMES FALL. ACCOUNTABILITY REMAINS.

😎 Let's talk about the business of "peaceful protesting" because it's BIG BUSINESS.
I would like to have just 10% of the cost of all these peaceful protesters and the equipment. Just 10% and I'd be rich for life.
Think about it:
The bullhorns - not cheap.
The Halloween costumes - all matching, all brand new.
The professionally made signs - same font, same colors, printed on the good stuff, not cardboard from your garage.
The voice monitors - yes, they monitor their voices. The louder they are, the more money they get paid. It's performance pay.
And then you got the protesters in the VESTS 😎 Those guys make MORE money. They are considered the "organizers." That's where the big money is.
This isn't grassroots. This is organized. This is funded. This is a full production with costumes, props, sound equipment, and payroll.
Nobody is out there for free, holding a professionally printed $100 sign, with a $300 bullhorn, screaming for 8 hours in a $80 vest because they just love democracy that much.
Follow the money. Every time.

WHEN STEPHEN MILLER OBLITERATED JIM ACOSTA - This is still one of the best takedowns ever.
Remember this? Jim Acosta tried to get cute and argue that immigrants needing to speak English was racist and unfair.
He was trying to play the Statue of Liberty card "give us your tired, your poor" thinking he had a gotcha moment.
And Stephen Miller just looked at him and ended his whole career with one question:
"Have you honestly never met an immigrant from another country who speaks English outside of Great Britain and Australia?"
GAME. OVER. 😂
That was it. That was the whole debate.
Acosta's face. He had NOTHING. Because Miller just exposed how dumb the argument was. Of course immigrants from all over the world speak English. From India, from Nigeria, from Germany, from Brazil - millions of people learn English because they WANT to come to America and contribute.
It's not about where you're from. It's about wanting to assimilate and be part of this country.
Miller obliterated him with facts and logic. No shouting. Just one simple, devastating question that showed Acosta has never actually talked to real immigrants in his life.
Still undefeated.
