$SVRN about -40% currently
"SVRN Receives Expected Nasdaq Delisting Determination"
$SVRN's headline is "NEAR treasury." It's a former shipping company (OceanPal) reverse split 100,000 to 1 since 2022, now wrapped around one token.
It "raised" $120M in October, but only $13.7M was cash. The NEAR Foundation paid $100M in its own tokens, and $10.5M in cash plus $4.5M in stock went to the old controllers for handing over control.
Before that, an $18M offering turned into 149M new shares in 20 days... ZERO cash received.
The FY2025 audit is still unfinished, and Nasdaq's deadline to file is October 27... a reverse split can't fix that one.
Fugazi Research considers $SVRN uninvestable at any price above ZERO.

$XMAX falls off a cliff...
We are short $XMAX (which changed its ticker from $XWIN on Monday). We believe it's a Malaysian hustle peddling a furniture-to-AI fantasy to fund one of the most dilutive setups we have ever seen, including a $1 billion shelf (made effective May 12th 2026) for this ~$520m mkt cap. Our on-the-ground due diligence indicates $XMAX fabricated purchase orders of stone slabs to avoid delisting in October ’24. Our investigation reveals the suppliers' listed addresses include a preschool, a residential apartment complex, and a luxury condo building.
We also discovered numerous other red flags: a history of allegations of fraud (settled), glaring contradictions in its filings (unresolved), an (unrequited) AI deal with $SUPX, and a CEO whose bio does not appear to be accurate.
Amazing year for activist short-sellers
The top 20 short calls are down >70%
Here are the top 10:
(a lot of @FugaziResearch)
Post-Citron era, spotted in a new short report:
"The disclaimer below is the most important part of this post - read it."
Disclosed short interest at ATHs highs in two French names:
Aéroports de Paris, and Gecina, a REIT that owns central Paris
If you want out of Paris, those are the two ways out?
$ARLO down as much as 7% after the open
We are short $ARLO. We believe its 20% SaaS growth is illusory, built on bundle accounting games, a bogus churn rate and a $50m acquisition it barely disclosed. Its CFO ran an almost identical playbook at his previous company which later collapsed. Insiders are selling at pace.
A great year for Fugazi, with six of its short calls ranking among the ten best-performing shorts of 2026.
