Ali Ssenyomo indeed existed and he lived in South Africa for years. He became one of Ivan’s proxies and several of the latter’s illicitly gotten properties were registered in his names. Before going South he was a ‘dealer’ operating along William Street. He died mysteriously in 2015 and properties were transferred into other people’s names. These included a hostel in Makerere and land titles. To be continued….
