Multiple college-level reviews revealed understaffing and reinvestment needs following salary and operating budget reductions.

The itineraries for these privately chartered flights are absolutely littered with single-passenger flights (typically Gee or Alsop) from Morgantown to Charleston (a simple 2hr drive) ... with themselves approving their own travel.
Many millions gone just in MGW–CRW–MGW flights.
