Huge congratulations to @AllYourBase_AYB and @cap10onchain on the NFT mint out! 🫡🔥 Cap10 is one of the OGs of OGs on Base. He's always been there for the community, and it's awesome seeing him continue to build and push the boundaries of what's possible. What AYB dropped last week is just a taste of what I believe is an entirely new era for NFTs. These aren't simply static collectibles. They're wallets in and of themselves, capable of holding value and evolving through upgrades as that value grows. And if I know Cap10, there's probably plenty more cooking that hasn't been revealed yet. 👀 Anyone who knows me knows I'm a mASSive advocate for the nearly limitless possibilities of NFTs. We've barely scratched the surface. Now, about this particular mASSterpiece... 🎨🍑🎃 Last week, during the livestream after-party for the Base MEME Summit, I asked if anyone wanted to pick an AYB NFT for me to carve into a Buttkin and showcase what we've been building at @ButtoberFest. @TheDojiETH stepped up with this beauty! The collection features traits from 30 projects, including the legendary RYFT glitch filter some of you may recognize. This particular NFT was an AYB × @tybasegod collaboration, so naturally, we had to give it the royal treatment. 👑 I took Doji's image, uploaded it into Buttkin Studio, and used our tracing feature to overlay the artwork directly onto the Buttkin. From there, I went to town with the carving, custom cuts, shading, and graffiti paint. And because this one was blessed by TYBG, we couldn't just stop at the visuals. We made it its own custom anthem. 🎶🔥 What you're hearing in the video is a snippet of that track. Took a few pulls on the Suno Slot Machine, butt we finally hit the jackpot. 😂 Special shoutout to Doji for hanging out through the entire stream as we carved, danced, experimented, and vibed to everything from Japanese chill hip-hop to our own ridiculous creations. These are the moments I love most about building. Taking something someone else created, adding your own creativity, and turning it into something entirely unexpected. And having a whole lot of fun along the way. P.S. I gave this Buttkin a little extra love afterward using some of our newest Studio features, including full-color spray paint, markers, and highlights. The additional detail really made it pop.
